Perfumes that strangers stop you in the street for?

Just that really, I was asked today by a (very lovely looking) chap what perfume I was wearing, and would love to know what everyone else gets asked about fragrance wise. It was Alien Absolue btw.

I know, I know I am being a bloody pain now......

I wear Terre d'Hermes. We met up with friends for dinner the other week and one of the guys hugged me 3 times in greeting as he loved the scent so much. I stopped him the 4th time. It was getting weird having a good friend's DH smelling my neck so happily!

It now, like a MN sheep, I'm googling Molecule 01

Interestingly Terre d'Hermes contains the Iso E ingredient that is in Molecule 01

It's also a masculine scent so I'm not sure what that says about my friends' DH!

Lots of 'identical scents' on eBay too, lots of Molecule 01- looks the same as the Amazon one.

I once squeezed past two ladies in a cafe on my way to the loo and they said they loved my perfume - on that day it was Azuree by Estee Lauder. Not very subtle but then I rarely do subtle!

I've been asked about my perfume a few times

Hermes Hiris (one of the very few florals I like on me) - long ago. I wore it on my wedding day and have loved it ever since.

Lately I've been wearing Beaufort's Tonnerre and their Vi et Armes and I've had lots of people asking about them.

Murphys where are you based? Molecule 01 is available from Brown Thomas in Ireland so Id imagine a few similar stores should stock it in the UK ?

The last two are powerful scents so I use them sparingly but they have really interesting notes as they they down and make for an unusual perfume.
