Perfumes that strangers stop you in the street for?

Just that really, I was asked today by a (very lovely looking) chap what perfume I was wearing, and would love to know what everyone else gets asked about fragrance wise. It was Alien Absolue btw.

I get asked a lot about Rose Oud by Jo Malone and Black Orchid by Tom Ford.

But I was wearing no 5 when a dishy actor told me I smelled 'lush' recently. And Spellbound when my builder told me I smelled like holidays .

DD said once that someone in her class said what's that lovely smell and several piped up 'its T. She smells lovely.'

DD said it was good old Chanel Crystal.

Bottega Veneta. It has quite an unusual slightly leathery scent but is really lovely.

Bleu de Chanel always gets me compliments. Lately my everyday perfume has been So? and lots of people have asked me about that one as well.

I asked a colleague yesterday what she was wearing as she smelt really beautiful. I was expecting to hear some expensive designer brand but it was Impulse Hint Of Musk.

Ok, so after my investigation in an attempt to get some Molecule, I can order the Tribute from Amazon, but it is sent from USA as far as I can make out. I have tried everywhere here to see if I can find here, but it seems unknown. There is the original but 138 pounds I don't think so....

So, this is my problem. I cannot get a sample of it, so its a complete blind buy. If I like most Chanels (Chance, Allure, Coco Mademoiselle, Dune (which is what I get comments on), and then my every day Clarins Eau de Dynamisante in winter and Eau de Jardins in summer, do you think this is going to be my type of scent. Just saying what I wear usually so you get the gist of what my type of smell is I have Lady Million and I cannot bear it. I have used it once and got an instant headache and it has sat here unused bar that one time. So if the Molecule is something like this... then its definitely not for me.

I should know better than to read and partake in these threads. I just have to have it now.... .

Delivery will be 3 weeks and I will have to pay duties this side, so cost wise its going to make a dent in the pocket, so I need it to be worth it.....

I have emailed them directly, but haven't had a response, so I guess I could just be a little patient, but if there was a supplier here I think I would have found them already.

@murphys Molecule 01 has no scent to it, you can't smell it on yourself, however, everyone else can.

They also have it at Perfume Parlour,I'm going to order some then it's not a big outlay if I don't like it. Didn't realise you can't smell it yourself, that'll be odd!

I can smell it on myself. It smells of cedar.

Another vote for Molecule01. And I first found out about it as I smelled it on a man in a club, with whom I immediately wanted to do rude things to. Sadly, it was a gay club. But it was the smell wot did it.

I cannot order via Allbeauty as they don't deliver here, nor does Liberty. I received an email back from Tribute now, and they have given me a link to order directly from them. Still have the postage and other costs, but .... I just have to have it. No chance of the original here, I think there is a bit of a gap in the market. I want to be the one that gets stopped in the street first and asked what I am wearing

I'm on my second bottle of Molecule. I adore it. I usually have 3 perfumes on the go..My partner buys them all for me. He has a great nose and has bought me about 15 different ones over 3 years.

God, I can't wait for my Molecule 01 sample to come, but on the other hand I don't know why I'm excited because I won't be able to smell it

Apparently some people can't smell it on themselves. I could, it's a woody scent.
