Personally, I wouldn't necessarily want to lighten my vagina but if I were going to I would get a professional to do it. Not just logistically but also from a safety perspective. If salons do do it then use the services offered most beauticians wouldn't be embarrassed by this.

As for the porn tangent - I really think if you both/single are happy enough to watch it then fair enough, it is a free country.

I do think that you haven't quite got the support or answers you were looking for and that is a shame - especially since you're recently out of a situation which was uncomfortable.
