Did anyone else get a beauty advent calendar? I got a Selfridges one and am stupidly excited about opening the first door tomorrow! Anyone else?

I have the M & S calendar and have just opened the first box - ridiculously exciting

I have too, (well I actually opened just the first one when I got the calendar and used it) it's lovely!

Opened my M&S one and really pleased with the first gift. Don't know whether to post what it is in case it spoils it for someone who hasn't opened it yet! But I had a free tube of this with a magazine (Red maybe?) a couple of years ago and used it until I could squeeze no more out, so I am very happy to have another one.

DD had a bottle of nail sequins in her Ciate one - she is 10 and so very happy with this.

Perfect start for the M&S one I feel too.

DD has one I got from a Groupon deal and got a lovely highlighter palette in very wearable colours.

We both have The Sanctuary one too, and have a lovely first offering from this one too. This one was very reasonable price wise for what's in it.

This is my first year of all this, as I've made a real effort to take care of myself again.

Love the product in the M & S one. Used it several times already. Smells lovely.

I thought liberty was a bit disappointing too but maybe because m abd s had such a good start !

It would be really good if we could actually discuss/name the products - can we have a spoiler alert or something on the thread title so that people dont click on the thread unless they've opened theirs for the day. OP can you change the thread title?

What's wrong with the Liberty one? The packaging is amazing and I'm going to keep it forever. The gift was a good size, I thought. Much better than the Selfridges one 3 years ago...

It would be nice to be able to talk more openly about what in each box, also I'm intrigued as to what was in the Liberty calendar this morning!!

This is my first one, I'm probably overinvested

I've not got one from M&S or any other shop but Dh has filled my wooden calendar with a little treats today's was cheesy Christmas earrings with a little note saying wear these while your doing the Christmas lights.
Each item has been wrapped so I can't see what's in each drawer. All I know is its things that I already use either beauty items, chocolate miniatures so excited to see what I've got tomorrow😊

I have the M & S one and the l'occitane good first day for both.

Reckon it's late enough in the day to tell the products! Liberty one was Aveda hand cream. I just think it's a bit boring.

Yeah the hand cream wasn't the most exciting thing but I do like the smell and it's a great size. I'd already peeked at day one so am very excited for a surprise tomorrow!

I'm wearing the Aveda hand cream now. Tis very luxurious!
