my trousers are falling down! no lie, they are dropping off my waist but the scales haven't changed at all. maybe all this lifting myself around on crutches is paying unexpected dividends!

I could do with a refreshment trolley and a cup of tea another one as I can't be arsed to walk down the train -and fall over--.

linus I think we all have 'frumpy' days but none of us are as we are far too interested in style and fashion.

The woman was stylish but looked a bit grumpy iirc! Missed her shoes too.

The sky is incredible here! There's virtually no light pollution so all the stars in the sky are so clear. The only other place where we had this kind of clarity (even better really) was in Western Australia in the middle of nowhere.

FWIW I could never describe you nor anyone on this thread as frumpy. I think you are an incredibly classy and stylish woman. I just hope I manage to do the same as you all on that front, when I do have kids :)

Linus I'm another one who thinks you are very far from frumpy. I like your style. Oh & thank you for your kind words on my outfit pins. I'm finding them really useful for helping to streamline my wardrobe. It gives me a focus on what I really wear rather than what I think I might wear. Also makes me want to maximise use of the pieces I really love. Had 2 binbags full of stuff to eBay after my last attempt at decluttering...I'm only just starting too .

Morning. I'm feeling a little tired and tucking into my second bowl of alpen. The train took forever to get home as a tunnel was closed so it had to double back on itself. And then it took ages to wait for a cab but my goodness there were some sights at the station. A very very drunken hen do that could hardly stand in their heels kept the queue amused .

So I'm off to explore this weeks new in and do a little shopping for us all.....
