shopafrolic · 15/07/2015 06:56

Is the gorgeous Sleep coming to the MU?

Topazandpearl · 15/07/2015 07:00

Wow, 61 already! I feel like I missed most of 60, will try to keep up with this one.
Good luck today Dry, I am sure you will be fab!

LinusDKD · 15/07/2015 07:53

NaP is selling Tom Ford now!

I love this bag and if they sold it in the oxblood colour he did a few seasons ago I would be seriously tempted.

Luckily for my bank balance, none of the colours really appeal to me. Grin

shopafrolic · 15/07/2015 09:47

A Jennifer is my dream bag Linus - sigh........

shopafrolic · 15/07/2015 09:50

The only Tom Ford I own is a pair of sunnies Grin

QueenCardigan · 15/07/2015 10:58

As far as I know sleep is coming but I havent had a pm. I'll text her.

It's freezing here. The forecast still says 23 and sun for Saturday but I'm finding it hard to believe right now.

BerniceBobsHerHair · 15/07/2015 12:52

The Finery sale is finishing today and has an extra 10% off - final10.

I love this dress

Look at the back

bargain sandals

Love this

Lovely skirt for an autumn

Love the shape again autumn colour

nice summer dress

I am tempted by these sandals

Was the Jennifer bag named after Jennifer Aniston originally or has it come to be known as that since she uses hers so much?

maradesbois · 15/07/2015 12:57

Hello,

Shop thanks for new thread, can't believe we are 61. Will be passing Hammersmith TK Maxx tomorrow so will check out the sunnies for you. Great find Amber.

Linus that's a lovely bag but there's something about TF that irritates me .

Dry bit belated but good luck for interview and loved your Royal story!

Having a trying day with a grumpy ds who went to bed too late last night. Roll on the mu Smile.

Fedupnagging · 15/07/2015 16:39

Flares anyone?!

Bernice, I keep forgetting about Finery- they have some great styles. Love the yellow dress.

Brew and Cake for Mara - a tired and stroppy pre schooler is exhausting!

Nice bag Linus and it would be stunning in oxblood.

It was chilly this am so wore my new RL l/s Breton but has warmed up since so ootd is now a stripy uniqlo dress in navy and navy fitflops Blush

Drywhiteplease · 15/07/2015 16:40

I love the Jennifer bag too, such a practical style. My Fossil is very similar, but not as exciting.

Fedupnagging · 15/07/2015 17:01

How did it go today Dry?

Stokey · 15/07/2015 17:17

Hope the interview went well Dry, we can congratulate or comiserate on Sat, either will involve lashings of prosecco Grin.

Great flares Fedup, I like Betty have yet to wear mine. They really need heels or no food and am too lazy to do either at the moment!

And love that yellow dress Bernice, i've never bought anything from Finery.

I'm in a slight pre-holiday panic as only have two childfree mornings before we go. I may have ordered the extortionate kaftan, I ordered a cheap one too kidding myself that i'll send the Seafolly one back.

I also bought a bargain stripey skirt in Uniqlo and an H&M stripey dress. And tried on the Topshop Figs but they were too big, back to the drawing board.

No idea what the weather will be like on Saturday, it's been miserable the last few days and keeps raining despite BBC predicting it won't. Still seems to be brightening up now.

Stokey · 15/07/2015 17:26

Oh and if anyone is size 4 or 8, there are some half price Ash Virgins at House of Fraser. I really like the cobalt & silver but none in my size. They also ahve taupe or bronze for the autumns out there.

Fedupnagging · 15/07/2015 19:00

I know on the last thread I 'fessed up to owning a gilet apparently they are a fashion no no or something? but how about this? Tis lovely and sadly way out of my price range.

This gilet is gorgeous and in budget.

And this

Love this too

Tried this jacket a couple of weeks ago but didn't suit me - too long in the body.

I have no idea why I am looking a winter clothes as should be packing for my summer hols. The only holiday packing done so far is lots of books and factor 30 for my face!

QueenCardigan · 15/07/2015 19:13

When do you go fedup?
I can see you in those finery things bernice. Not me at all.
I think the Tom ford jennifer was made especially for her wasn't it?
shop can see you in all that Tom ford stuff.
fedup I quite fancy a furry gilet of some sort for autumn. Although they may look daft. But I do find a gilet a sensible option. Shock at those flares.

It's suddenly really hot and sunny here now and so I'm panicking about what to wear on Saturday as had convinced myself it would be cool. The jigsaw skirt has been dispatched but at my last try on it didn't look great with sandals. The next dress is an option but I'm feeling really bloated at the moment and am spotty. I must be ovulating or about to come on so might feel a bit fat in it. The massimoto dutti shoes on my tracker are saying delivery for Monday but having spoken to CS they assure me that they will be in store on Friday. Hope so!

Fedupnagging · 15/07/2015 19:37

Queen we go on Saturday which is why I can't make the MU . Obviously I will need a full run down of who wore what and pictures.

I forgot to say that I like the H&M skirt Stokey

Have just realised the time - am meant to be meeting friends at 8 - need to stop looking at clothes and actually put some nice ones on!

maradesbois · 15/07/2015 20:21

Stokey your post reminded me forgot to say I loved that kaftan, can so see you in it and glad you went for it. My motto is fewer things in wardrobe and don't worry about the price so long as you love it

Fedup happy hols!

shopafrolic · 15/07/2015 21:17

Stokey I loved that kaftan and didn't think it was too pricey
No idea what I'll wear on sat. Am seeing Magic Mike the night before Grin
Hope today went well Dry
I was born to wear Tom Ford. If only my bank balance knew that Smile

OP posts:
Drywhiteplease · 15/07/2015 21:35

Fedup I like the Whistles. Don't think filets are a no no, thought it was padded body warmers but love mine on a chilly day

Drywhiteplease · 15/07/2015 22:05

Tell me about le Pliage...... what style and colours do you all have?
I can't decide whether the large shoulder bag or the medium hand bag would be better?
Is black boring? Or sensible. Quite like the Orange .

Drywhiteplease · 15/07/2015 22:07

Can you carry the large shoulder bag as a grab bag or will it drag IYKWIM , bare in mind I'm 5.3

AmberNectarine · 15/07/2015 22:30

I have the large shoulder in Navy. I could carry it by the handle but I don't because I'm usually carting loads of kid crap in it.

maradesbois · 15/07/2015 22:41

I have a couple of the large shoulder ones but wouldn't carry by handle. You can get same size with short handle for carrying which would look loads better. I think black is nice, not boring. Thinking of it myself for my studies as have decided not worth shelling out on something really pricy when what I really want is a black trio.
