AMAZING DAY , feeling proseccotipsy but thanks to gigis and prompt retreat I have made it on train with no running.[ismile]

The more you talk about the MU, the more I am envious.

I don't really have anyone IRL (apart from DM but we have very different styles) who I can talk fashion with like with all of you on MNV.

I guess that most stylish people IRL are just too perfectly turned out and/or cool and make me feel completely frumpy (oh no, the F word,) and insecure about myself. Which really is my problem and not their fault.

ujjayi I saw some of the outfits you pinned and loved every one of them!

Thanks everyone. I hate being sick. It felt like the worst hangover I've ever had, but I only had 4 drinks last night so even DH agreed something else must have been up.

I guess decades of feeling unattractive are still influencing the way I feel about myself even though I have more self confidence now than when when I was in my 'prime'.

I guess I envy people who are just effortlessly stylish (whatever their age, weight, etc) because I really have to make an effort and think carefully instead of throwing on something I found at the back of my wardrobe.

On the bus home, had a great time. Hair has gone curly in the rain gah. Everyone looked fab as has been said. Missed all the absent Voguettes (Blair, Linus, Lib, Betty, Topaz, Fedup to name but a few) but a lovely time was had.

Head is too fuzzy for details, just a few: Novice so suits M Kors, lovely to meet Amber properly, love the Choos, Shop so suits longer hair, Dry has killer arms and fab figure in bodycon black midi, Marsha gorgeous as ever, Stokey breaking hoc rules admirably with orange bag & rocked the bling with hipanema bracelet. Sleep great necklace layering, QueenC lovely in navy linen and pink nails.

Sorry for lack of punctuation, really tired and hungry, glad I bought some sourdough and cheese in our extortionate local deli this morning.
