That's a good idea dry. She is going mad on crafts ATM which is lovely so see her so absorbed in it she danced with joy when DH bought her a new glue stick the other day but the masses of cereal boxes with stickers and glitter on them is a bit trying

betty I'm only reading lots as on hols. I'm usually pretty rubbish at reading despite being in a book club. I findbif I get into a book I can't put it down so find it hard to read before bed.

QueenC he's doing well. Family room filled with teenagers visiting. Lots of Moral support which is great. I'm exhausted tbh.....thank goodness I'm on hols, but am waiting for a day when I have nothing to do...............

Back from date night with the hubster. It's good to talk without the constant interruptions of a 4 year old. Realised I do still quite like him! Such a relief

Yesterday was a crap day because my mind was elsewhere and I was doing my tax return. On top of that I have a bank account with a significant sum in it, and I can't find any of the paperwork for it. It's vanished into thin air.

On the much brighter side.....We go on hols today. Leave in a few hours, just going to do final face mask, de fuzz and nails.

Date night last night here too shop. Cocktails, Karaoke, tapas and a club. Was great fun - wore a grey vest, gap white ripped skinnies, snake print DVF heels, gold body chain harness thing and black all saints blazer. DH approved greatly - I got the generous compliment of 'you've got a tidy body these days'

Went shopping with my mum this morning - got loads for the kids (inc 4 pairs of shoes) but nothing for me

Hope DS' op goes well dry and that you get some rest soon!

Went out for breakfast with DH today followed by popping to John Lewis. I am wearing Topshop denim mini with a cropped blue turtleneck jumper from Brandy Melville (teen shop on Kings Rd). He took one look at me and burst out laughing and told me that I looked like I came from 1996. Voguettes, I did not get changed

I spent last night trying not to throttle dh because I think he's accidentally chucked all the documentation proving I am the owner of a bank account. This is one with a lot of money in it. happy holidays

God I am getting old, I forgot I had moaned about the bank account already! Think I need this holiday!

Blair DH travels a lot so can try again, although I'm not sure it's cheaper there anyway.

I am not in the least bit chic today having cleaned windows,sills and frames for hours.......how dirty do windows get and you just can't see it perhaps no point doing it then prosecco ready in fridge.

I've been wearing a bikini all day .
We're now in our second villa for our second week and it's bloody lush. Fairly secluded although we can see our naked neighbours by their poolside. We've been zooming in with the camera to see if they're actually having sex . They're not thank goodness as I wouldn't actually want to see that

Yes M that would be a great basic. I might get the pale BLE aswell, feels summery. My red could do with replacing, but they don't do red ........am liking the grey too

Dry I have grey/white, white/yellow and yellow/ white. They fit true to size but the arms are rather tight, and I don't have fat arms!

Look at the Johnnie B boat neck t- shirts, if I'm honest I prefer my boxy one from there. I got an age 16 last year when I was a bit bigger but think I'd probably order age 14.

Morning all, back from holiday and tan is already fading. We had a fab time though - I think Dh and I needed that time on our own together just to kick back, relax, chat and um, other stuff sans interruptions.

Dry best wishes to your ds; hope he makes a swift recovery. Sounds like he has some nice friends. Re the Boden breton, I tried a couple but didn't like them on me. Like Betty i think I prefer a more boxy shape.

I popped into Massimo Dutti before we came home to try on some blue loafers I saw online but they didn't have them in stock and now I cant find them online either. I did however purchase

I'm still not quite ready to think about A/W but am about to order the Mih breton Topaz sent back.
