Thank you to GERTI & BANGING. I went online and ordered the dragons blood & 2 pots of the clearasil 5 in 1 pads. 2 pots were on offer at £5 for both and there's an online deal with nip & fab too. Selected products are half price Grin

back2two sorry no, the smell doesn't really bother me. It is distinctive, but not offensive.

I've been using the C20 serum and CosRx BHA liquid over the past week with good results.

Fluffycloudland77 · 21/06/2015 10:21

Can someone link to the clearasil pads please?

DrankSangriaInThePark · 21/06/2015 14:47

What's the difference between the Dragons Blood pads and the Nip and Fab pads? I bought some Nip and Fab pads from Boots online half price and am trying them out. I also got the Aldi Soy serum. My face did look a bit more plumped up today.

yazzy85 · 21/06/2015 20:19

sonata1 Nip+Fab are the brand, they do two different types of pads, one of them is the Dragons Blood (with salicylic acid) and the other is Glycolic Fix (with glycolic acid)

This link compares both

Thanks for the link Yazzy. You have come up trumps again ! I bought the glycolic pads.I have clearish but mature skin , no spots, uneven skin tone and open pores centrally. They will do for my morning regime. I also bought the Bravura salicylic acid as I want rid of those pesky sebaceous filaments. I have only used that once as I was off to sunny Espana to collect DD from her year abroad and I knew it would be sunny. Now I am back I can use this in the evening. I also have to fit in my LG products. I am , as we speak, sitting her with the LG smoothing and perfecting mask on.LOL.

I bought both to try out since they were half price at boots. My skin is oily so the Dragons Blood ones feel like they are better at controlling oil and the Glycolic ones I'm using at night, they seem like a good alternative for the First Aid Beauty Pads which were costing me a lot more!

Shop · 21/06/2015 21:25

Bigbuttons how would you use the tamanu - as a serum or would it still work mixed with moisturiser?

DrankSangriaInThePark · 21/06/2015 21:34

Thanks gerti, I've seen that seller.

mulberrybag · 22/06/2015 06:55

Hi all. Was wondering if anyone's experiencing excess oiliness after using the retinolA ? I'm so oily for a few days afterward that I can dab my face with the back of my hand by lunchtime and my hand is shiny Blush
Routine is : cetaphil to cleanse, nip/fab or Corsyx tone, hylamide serum & Cerave +/- mizon snail gel, followed by retinolA 0.25 every third day. Has anybody had similar ? Thanks in advance

Kundry · 22/06/2015 07:00

UM no - it makes me much drier! If you are only using it every 3rd day, and you are oily not flaky, it's time to use it alternate days or daily.

Kundry · 22/06/2015 07:04

Explains this post from a blogger I like more and more especially as she posts about industry politics occasionally and is older than the average blogger

Crap, posted on wrong thread Blush

Itsalldramarama · 22/06/2015 07:26

Mulberry bag .. It's early and I may have misunderstood your routine but are you using Retin a after using other products ? It should be used alone a while after cleaning only not after other products ??

diggerdigsdogs · 22/06/2015 10:23

kundry thanks for that re fading pigmentation. I think I need to do some shopping reading and re think my routine.

bigbuttons · 22/06/2015 10:50

shop I use it at the oil/ moisturising stage of my routine. I would put just a little on before moisturising. But tbh you don't need a moisturiser on with the oil? Smile
