Primark lift up jeans do a bit but I am past fixing and caring tbh (although I do wear them a fair bit!)

So I wore the dress in the OP today (with leggings as it's a bit short even on me at 5'2) and the first 3 people I saw all complimented me on, one of those was a very style conscious teenager who always has a view on my clothing . Very impressed. And it's lovely and soft too.

The paisley print thing IS the top, i just checked, but in RL is not a tunic at all, it finishes at a normal length!

it has the feel of soft cotton ( if only it was) and its great against dark hair

Wore the square White Company top today, with rolled up skinnies. So, so comfortable, but a bit Weeble on skinny stilts, if I'm honest.

I hate to be the cheapo Tesco linker but Remus if navy is any good for you, this dress is very similar to the Marks one. Also in orange or white, again weirdly no black.

Anyone else doing denim jackets? I have wanted a denim shirt to wear open over things for a while and then today saw denim jackets for £20-£25 in New Look and succumbed. Will hopefully be perfect over plain and striped dresses, and vest and jersey midi skirt combos. Am wary of wearing with pattern though, I haven't had one since the 90s and am a bit scared it looks like it.

Yep - the one dp hates. I think it will work better as a layer in Winter.

Tesco dress is nice but I'm not a huge fan of navy.

I looked in Dorothy Perkins today - never go in there but was in a small town and it was one of the few shops there, apart from Fat Face which I hate.

The white snake trainers are from h and m they are leather though and really comfortable
