linus, I like the lesser of to weevils part too, the movie must be one of the most underrated films ever, its so beautifully shot, I like the part were captain Aubrey and the spy/dr play Mozart piece, and then it cuts to the anchor in the water and all the crew fixing the surprise, with the violin still in background ,so beautiful, it's like you are there .

OOTD, I'm in Stella black skinnies , saint Laurent cashmere sweater, and black scarf, I've made the mistake of wearing my trench coat and flats thinking it will warm up,it's actually getting colder it's 2! Did buy a cake for the people in the office as a thank you,for their help the other day and they kept the other pair of my chanel flats on my desk, wrapped in tissue paper , I love them !

Bernice love the sounds of your outfit, I'm a bit like you with blazers, I like the look of them, I think I'm a classic dresser, but they look to work like on me and feel work like, bought the JCrew boy blazer last year and it looked all wrong, had to send it back, even though it was lovely, it wasn't me. you were asking on the previous thread about skater shoes, I bought a cheap pair last year from ASOS to try out and have worn them a few times this year when it hasn't been to cold. They still look okay.

Re: 50 Shades, read the books, but have no desire to see the film, all the hype about it has been getting on my nerves. I too thought Sam TW was an odd choice too.

OOTD, might give the flares an outing with a black Tippi, will have to think though footwear options though, am still in gym stuff at the moment. Need to get a move on......

Yes I love the BA&SH stuff especially with the stans. Looks fab. Shop your jumpsuit would look good with your superstars, channeling that look.

Does anyone else think Jamie Dornan looks much better with a beard? He really doesn't suit being clean shaven imo.

I think I want something like these white ones here. No source on tumblr, always annoying. They are probably just basic ones, but if anyone sees these on their travels on pin etc let me know. Looks like there's a small black line at the back.

I have Supergas but a navy pair (very old) and a iris blue pair, not white.

I have always preferred them to Converse on my feet tbh and I am planning on buying a velcro pair for DD this summer.

No time to catch-up properly but I'll try this evening.

Well my internet shopping haul isn't going well. Out of 5 pairs of shoes & boots 3 are being returned. Good news with the 3 hush tees they are all keepers can't link on iPad today for some strange reason but two are the same as Shops and one plain blue called Limoges very nice colour for summer.
Think I may ditch the converse this year and order cream Supergas they look really comfy. May need to venture out into the big city soon!
Going away with DH and DD2 today for our anniversary no fashion news there tho it'll be walking boots and waterproofs I'm afraid.

hello all.

feeling somewhat better today though my throat is still very sore. ventured out for some fresh air but made sure I was well wrapped up as even though it's been bright and sunny this afternoon, it was still chilly. I have done it, I have bought cullottes and I don't care. they are purple sort of wideish legged crepe type material. I really like them, they remind me of one of the teahcers at primary school. I also bought a white cardigan with blue anchors printed on it, and an eyeshadow palette for holiday make up. going to just rest tonight before I get , hopefully, all my work done in one day tomorrow. It should be doable as one piece is already over halfway finished

Mynameismary what shoes size are you. I have some lightly worn cream Supergas I am getting rid of if you're interested......

I've some burgundy supergas that I've worn once, I think they are a bit big and don't really suit me.

I want to buy something! But I haven't seen anything I like.

I think Jamie looked better in The Fall than in fsog, I think he just looked awkward in the film.

I need something that doesn't make my feet look bigger than they are. Stans might do. Converse do. I liked the Marant ones but they are ££. And I saw some cheap Pull & Bear ones, unbranded white with a bit of green at the back, but have put myself on list if they get more stock.

I think my Superga made my feet look too big Marsha - they were quite wide on me.....You should try Stans I reckon. Off out for dinner tonight. Can't wear a dress as am a pre holiday stubbly mess so will probably wear leather skinnies AGAIN - good CPW on both pairs

I should try and go into a shop Shop so uninspired by rl shopping atm

Have fun tonight, great outfit and cpw. I'm out tomorrow night, have booked the babysitter. Trying to decide whether to do usual or go to a party with people I used to work with many years ago.

Went to Sainsburys today and popped this dress in my trolley. 100% cotton Broderie A. Bought a navy cotton Broderie A from them 2 years ago, washes really well and get lots of compliments. Perfect for work.

Hypochondriac alert.......have felt anxious all week, knot in stomach, not sleeping. Nothing really on my mind. Put it down to too much coffee or intense watching of GoT, but it continues for no reason. Has anyone else had this? Weird

Gorgeous this afternoon though, got the hammock out and lay looking at the buds coming out... While dd2 hit me with my phone.

I just got a pair of black Stan Smiths on ebay BNIB for £30... Can't wait to try them on.

Dry I get in a caffeine / bad sleep cycle which makes me feel more anxious about stuff. Last night I couldn't sleep very well and feel a bit off today as I knew I would so haven't planned much. I find I get really tired then finally get a good night sleep.
