Grin QueenC! I'll let dh know!Grin Actually he doesn't appear to notice very much the specifics of what I wear, so not sure he's noticed. As long as I am wearing my engagement ring, he's okay (I am banned from taking that off as I have lost it a couple of times). I should have mentioned the missing Mulberry purse on my guilty list.Blush

Shop you asked me the other day about the charity and didn't get the chance to answer! Everything is going well. This academic year, in addition to the normal student and school supplies, I got the TVs, DVD players, educational dvds and a projector. Also football and netball kits.Smile It takes up very little of my time now, although slightly worried that the headmaster might be moved on as the assistant head as been moved on and they were very good. I was supposed to do another utilising this year but I am still scarred from last experience. I contributed the money into the charity so I need to do something with it so it's not just languishing there. I am thinking of helping another school but definitely not with building works!Smile

I told dh this morning about the news we were talking about last night and he was distraught too.Sad

Poor dh, he's supposed to be at home with me today. He went to work at 8am, got home after midnight at 12.30am and promptly went to the study for a conference call. He finished at 1.20am.

Quite like this but it's quite similar to my Prada albeit much thiner and not khaki with a fur collar.

What All Saints jeans did you get Karbea ? have got lots of AS stuff but never had a pair of jeans from them. Good to know they fit well and hope your day gets better.

I am also on the hunt for a jacket as am off to Ireland in 2 weeks then to Inverness in a couple of months. Thinking something lightweight but that will keep wind and drizzle out!

Glad the APC sweater is working for you Bernice, when I popped out to the shops earlier I was wearing your Rae Jones brogues Flowers

Best buys of the winter, black Petty boots and Shop's See by Chloe peacoat. Also these Hobbs suede heels have proved very useful.

I've lasted a fair while Liberty, if I can you can! Don't leave the thread though whatever you do we would all miss you too much.

For Spring I'm looking forward to light skinnies, flats and a few new tops. All yet to be bought.

Thanks for the Alice inspiration Shop, those pins are great. It just says its a Mad Hatters party and the bare minimum is a hat but I do quite like a bit of fancy dress.

My high tops are black leather Pumas Bernice with white soles, not exciting but very wearable.

I haven't bought anything for summer yet. Have been doing a mini Kando and found to my shock I had more than 50 pairs of knickers Blush. I've chucked about 20 now but still more than a month's worth seems excessive.

Shop yes thanks, sent the contract back today! Just checked out the twitter feeds for both and the one I took does feel much more current so that's good. Just the first day jitters to get over with in a couple of weeks.

Stokey that sounds fun, I can imagine you looking great in an excellent fancy dress.

I can't wait till 7 when I'll be In the pub with dh. I can almost taste that Sauvignon......no idea what to wear though. Can't decide between jeans or a dress.

I don't really need anything for ss but I coukd do with a couple more tops and I'd love a couple of summer dresses. I'm just going to wear trousers to next months 40th but I'd ideally like a dress for the do I'm going to in June. Could do with a couple more vests and another pair of shorts for the summer hols.

DH bought me Boden tankini top and matching bikini bottoms. I was rather surprised! He was searching the clearence section with the idea of buying DD a coat for next winter if there was one and then decided to have a look for me too.

I'm thinking 6 months as that takes me to A/W and if I hadn't spent for 6 months then I'd feel ok about buying a couple of really nice things - I'd like a pair of flat brown knee high boots for example.

I won't leave the thread if I'm not shopping but I will be around less for next few weeks with my exams looming. Too easy to lose an hour on here when I could be reading some examples of annual reports

Have fun tonight QueenC. DH and I still haven't managed a date night although we have done a couple of lunches this year.
