Gosh yes the dress is beautiful but the contouring!

The lighting is very flattering in these pics for a change too rather than harsh, most look beautiful.

Have just been looking at the oscars fashions and totally agree with Sienna - her makeup looks very harsh.

Lots of pale/nude which some pulled off better than others. Jennifer Lopez look too beige but Viola Davies rocked hers.

shop how annoying re Faithless tickets. TBH I have pretty much given up on trying to buy tickets to gigs etc. Everything sells out so fast. I will be able to post biker tomorrow. It's packaged up but I am out all day today.

So I tried on three pairs of dungarees in H&M today

these I was expecting to like the best but they didn't really suit me.

these were lovely IRL, I especially loved the rose gold hardware.

But as they are more of an off-white they might be hard to wear with my mostly cool toned tees.

Very tempted though, they were styled in store with a white and blue breton, much better than this picture.

I can't seem to find a picture of the last pair, which was a blue denim distressed pair. I actually liked that one as well but still not convinced I don't look like an overgrown toddler.

Off to look at some Oscar dresses!

I am feeling mildly stressed, had a lovely weekend doing lots of wedding stuff, but it's really starting to hit me now.
And on that note I have a question - how would one go about determining their size in a backless bra like this? I'm 30F, should I go for DD as that's what I'd be under the "M&S method"?

I think dungarees can look cool on the right person.
I wasn't that impressed with the Oscar dresses. I did like rosamund pike though.

I've ordered the bra in 3 sizes, from asos so I can return for free. QueenC it's for my wedding dress, but apparently you can wear 25 times so it would be good if it also made my boobs look all right! We shall see!

Blair - please report back on backless bra. I'm working in a backless wedding dress at the moment but worried it won't sell because of bra issues. So would be great to be able to recommend options to brides.

Still waiting for delivery. I have complained to TS & the courier company. Waiting for a response.

Doh! I am working ON a backless dress...not IN! That would be a little dramatic for a monday in february
