I am a real foundation junkie and am always searching for new and betterSmile

I want long lasting, my skin but better, blemish covering non ageing....etc etc.
Doesn't exist. Sad

At the moment I'm between
Bourjois Healthy Mix, which apparently is a dupe for Chanel Vitalumiere
Clarins Everlasting
Estee Lauder double wear light
Max factor facefinity,a dupe for YSL Fusion Ink.

None of above wonderful though.

Karbea · 21/02/2015 20:17

It's just soooo annoying as I should have ordered both sizes.
lib I've had a bit of a washing disaster too! the khaki shirt I ordered from asos now looks as if it was tie dyed. I washed it as per the instruction too.
shop they'd be a perfect couple! But I think he prefers blondes.

QueenCardigan · 21/02/2015 21:25

That's so annoying lib. definitely take it back if you can. I'm not convinced that it's the viscose as I've had it happen with cotton and linen tees.
marsha I started a make up thread and there's lot of recommendations on there too.

shopafrolic · 21/02/2015 21:30

Any LFW news / views? I'm loving Instagram for updates. I wasn't sure about WITs all green outfit.. Loved her coat though.

Georgina or anyone else, I'd heard that Chanel makes Bourgois think this post may get deleted the eye shadows, blushers are v similar and lip sticks smell the same Hmm.... Ditto Lancôme and L'Oreal....is this true?

shopafrolic · 21/02/2015 21:50

Urban myth I think Dry. Like the Kentucky fried mouse.

QueenCardigan · 21/02/2015 21:50

I've heard that about bourjois and Chanel too dry.
shop just checked out WIT. Not her best look imo.

BrandyAlexander · 21/02/2015 21:55

Both true Dry. L'Oreal owns Lancôme and they use similar ingredients. There are definitely dupes in the loreal Range. Chanel owned bourjois for over 100 years until a few months ago.

shopafrolic · 21/02/2015 22:04

I knew that Chanel owned Bourjois, products made in same factory etc but not the same products?

ugggggh, travel insurance is a minefield! I have to go through a specialist insurer as well to make sure my medical issues are covered. uggggggh and double ugggggggggh

Drywhiteplease · 21/02/2015 22:11

Good God, have just seen WIT, green satin wide legged trousers not flattering on her tiny frame Shock, love her look normally though.

I bet the ingredients are different....like branded food manufacturers make own brand stuff in same factory.

BrandyAlexander · 21/02/2015 22:17

That's it. It's exactly like the own brand and branded food in same factory. Better/more expensive ingredients but kind of based on the same thing so might look the same but doesn't necessarily taste the same.

Drywhiteplease · 21/02/2015 22:51

Aaahhhhh Novice. I actually learned the other day that all Christmas puddings high st are produced in the same factory but each retailer has their own recipe. Makes sense, I guess Xmas pud is a specialist thing. Now I found this very exciting, you may recall that I take Xmas pud v seriously tried a few last Xmas if I could just find that factory Grin

QueenQueenie · 21/02/2015 22:57

Evening oh stylish ones...
Any recommendations for a nice (medium weight / decent quality), dark, A line, knee length denim skirt?
like this but nicer?

Cranagh · 21/02/2015 22:58

Don't like Wit's outfit at all.

I heard that about Chanel/L'Oreal/Bourjois also.

QueenC, I wear Guerlain Terracotta Joli Teint, SPF20, very light.

Ujjayi, love the Rag & Bone boots.

I bought Lululemon leggings today, expensive but my old pair have been going strong 3 years now. I almost bought the navy AH cross-body bag but it looked very dull in comparison to her new bags. I loved this but have a small blue/grey bag already. Not sure if it is too similar. Might hold out for the sales for it. Also finally tried on Paige Jimmies, the skinny boyfriend, think several of you have them. Really liked them, I wasn't keen on bf jeans before but may have to purchase!

GeorginaWorsley · 21/02/2015 23:07

dry
I read that about Chanel and Bourjois.
Lots of bloggers and you tubers claim Healthy mix is a dupe for Vitalumiere.

LinusDKD · 22/02/2015 08:38

Morning!

Can somebody please buy this

I wouldn't have hesitated pre-DC but my boobs would need industrial strength tit tape to stay put nowadays in a dress like this. I LOVE it though. (Saw it on BuynowBloglater)

Oh and those green WiT trousers need to be burned ritually as any trousers that make someone so tiny as WiT look big deserve no better fate.

LinusDKD · 22/02/2015 08:45

Oh and cranagh please join our Jimmy Appreciation Society!

I am on my third (?) pair and I love them. I might actually have to buy another pair soon as I have lost a bit more weight.

Karbea · 22/02/2015 08:47

linus that dress is gorgeous but my boobs are too big.

I'll need to buy some new jeans, I think it'll be some jimmys.

Cranagh · 22/02/2015 08:50

I need to find a pair on sale and I will join the Jimmy club, Linus! Beautiful dress.

Drywhiteplease · 22/02/2015 09:00

linus can you PM me where you get yours from? I could do with another pair but can't find the wash we both had last year, from Shop bop I think?

QueenCardigan · 22/02/2015 09:12

Lovely dress linus.

No high end links from me this morning. Nothing took my fancy so I'm doing a high St edit instead.

Love this clutch

QueenCardigan · 22/02/2015 09:15

QueenCardigan · 22/02/2015 09:27

QueenCardigan · 22/02/2015 09:32
