Have just seen a beige ( supposedly grey)fake fur coat that is not sexy but love it. It's cosy.

Am also partial to chunky knits and heritage fabrics. Anyone else?

Will not stretch to mum boots though!

I bow to no woman in my love of a slightly bootcut pair of black work trousers!

Cigarette pants bah humbug

HermioneWeasley · 30/12/2014 21:48

I persist in waterfall cardigans

Waterfall cardy for me too. The bit round the front is so long I can wrap it round me twice. So warm.
It's a bit a tatty so I've relegated it to my work cardy. I wish I could find another one the same.

Greengardenpixie · 30/12/2014 21:54

Anything fairisle, arran cardigans - both in oversized fit though. My clarks originals - so practical and comfy!!!

GothicRainbow · 30/12/2014 21:55

I love a chunky cable knit and also a poncho would not be overlooked in this house!

Finola1step · 30/12/2014 21:58

2 days ago I bought a pair of thermal leggings from m and s on a whim. I was there to buy thick tights. Oh may days, they are the most comfortable thing ever.

coffeetofunction · 30/12/2014 21:59

Uggs, wraps, chunky cardis,

TheHappinessTrap · 30/12/2014 22:01

I can't tell if my style is frumpy or hipster. Afraid of the answer, but I like what I like!

CoconutAmericano · 30/12/2014 22:04

When it's bitter outside and I'm staying in for the evening with the kiddies i put a onesie on. I don't care! It's so warm and comfy and it's my guilty pleasure Blush

Apatite1 · 30/12/2014 22:05

I wear a brown plaid knee length wool skirt a la granny chic. Oh yes.

Selks · 30/12/2014 22:15

Tunic tops. A mainstay of my wardrobe.

PinkOboe · 30/12/2014 22:23

I love chie mihara shoes. Decidedly orthopedic but lovely nonetheless

CoconutAmericano · 30/12/2014 22:25

Oh i've another one. I live in saltwater sandals in the summer. They are the only sandals that don't shred my feet, in my defence.

Fishandjam · 30/12/2014 22:30

I love it all and I don't care - tweed, plaid, corduroy and real wool especially. And Arran/Fair Isle/cable knits. And waterfall cardigans. And I'll know no shame in my adoration of tunic tops and flat shoes.

Not mum boots though. I do have some standards.

Corygal · 30/12/2014 22:34

I do love a grandad cardigan, and have had one on the go since I was 17. The latest version is navy Ballantyne cashmere (TK Maxx). Nice horn buttons, little pockets, sensible V neck. Yum.

BlessedAndGr8fulNoInLaws4Xmas · 30/12/2014 22:42

Leggings Smile

Minimammoth · 30/12/2014 22:44

What are mum boots ( need to see if I have a pair)

BigfootFilesHisToesInYourTea · 30/12/2014 22:44

I'm a mum. I wear boots. I don't wear heels I can't run in and at 5'10" I don't want added height.

I love mum boots. I don't care.

(That said, I draw the line at these: www.hipstersinworkboots.com/)

BigfootFilesHisToesInYourTea · 30/12/2014 22:46

Minimammoth, may I refer you to this thread www.mumsnet.com/Talk/style_and_beauty/a1590428-Can-anyone-out-there-clarify-what-mum-boots-are

Karasea · 30/12/2014 22:49

Ha I love Masai style dresses with funny shapes and irregular hems. I wear them with green sandals so am a lost cause entirely!

LaurieFairyCake · 30/12/2014 22:53

I wore a brand new Onesie today.

Fair isle, fleece, horribly ugly - but I'm
So ill I just wanted a big snuggly babygro

(Reduced from £40 in M and S sale to £13)

I luffs it today.

Minimammoth · 30/12/2014 22:57

Oh dear I am a century behind, as those descriptions pretty much cover all boots. Stuff it and wear what you like.

Skinheadmermaid · 30/12/2014 23:02

I have 'work boots' Grin
Well, I have to walk the dog in something. Hmm

SwedishEdith · 30/12/2014 23:04
