Urgh - slightly fuzzy headed today. Managed to get locked in the toilets at the restaurant last night - the chef had to remove the lock with a knife(!) Then we went to karaoke box, then on to a club. Still, was a good night and lovely to spend time with DH. Wore black Helmut Lang dress, pointy shoe boots, grey faux fur coat and blue studded snakeskin Michael Kors clutch.

Looking forward to a night in this evening! May follow One's example and dig out my onesie!

Oh dear Amber, sounds like you need and bacon sandwich. Still, sounds like a fun night and as you are young your recovery should be swift!

Novice, thought you were slowing down about now? It's lovely eating out but eventually home cooked food is needed. Have fun today - I can guess where you are going. Dh didn't get tickets this year so is v disappointed and intends to watch in the pub instead.

Liked the dress you linked last night Dry and the leggings Karbea linked. They look very snug though but great if you are very slim of thigh.

I had a lovely night, wonderful food and good company. We were at Luton Hoo where Eyes Wide Shut and some of Four Weddings was filmed (and many others). Finished with a raspberry martini in the Mansion House. Great people watching. Dinner again tonight with girlfriends this time. Tempted to wear the leathers for a third night but might give the HL red dress its first outing if not too cold.

I'm in Liberty and there's a Stella M navy coat which is actually less expensive. It's throwing me!

You have reminded me, I need to get a button sewn back on my J Crew peacoat. I would do it myself but I don't think I would do a good enough job. The seatbelt in my car rubbed against the thread last year, and I need it to be super strong!

Well all set for my dinner. Feel a bit twitchy because there's so little to do. Salmon has been marinating overnight. Have a lovely selection of tropical fruit and, most importantly the fizz is in the fridge!

Now .... My outfit. Need to have a try on. Am wondering whether my leather skirt is best kept for smart day time.

After a busy day I am looking forward to DH making me a cocktail (he's trying to replicate one we had in NY) and later on watching SCD. Yes, my life is one big snooze fest.

Oh, and I've failed in my bid for Mother of the Year, just put DS (nearly 16, 6ft rugby player) to go for dinner with a group of friends in nearby city with the words
"Can you walk back from the station....I'll have had a lot of wine"!!!!! holds head In shame

Dry it's not my birthday - it's Topaz's!

One glad the virus is going but you need to keep resting.

We have friends round tonight but are getting a takeaway and thought I'd copy Dry with the coconut sorbet and fruit but no sorbet sadly in my local waitrose. Picked up a pear and chocolate tart instead!

No idea what to wear yet as we are meant to be heading out to a local bonfire and firework party afterwards and the weather is awful. Am leaning towards maison scotch black jeans and a Vero moda purple and black silky blouse. For the fireworks later, I will look like Michelin man in my big duvet coat and hat!

It is chucking it down here. Probably shouldn't wear the leathers

I've had a total of 6 kids in my house this morning/aftrenoon, dh decided to hide in the basement and watch football with some friends, I can't even hear myself think, still have this buzzing sound going on in my ears,

Looking forward to a quiet evening, will be watching philomena and I've saved myself a piece of the tart tatin I baked for the kids,
God! My Saturday night pales in comparison to shop and amber, but come december and I've got 8 Xmas parties to attend and I'm hosting 2 , so it's so nice to enjoy some lazy evenings,before all that who am I kidding,I want to go clubbing too
