I'm joining you in sweats and fleece one as my jeans got wet and I'm freezing!

Fedupnagging · 07/11/2014 16:56

I disappear for a few minutes days, and come back to find yet another new thread! Great quote Lib and enjoy your few days away.

Have not had time to check out all the links so will do that later except to say to Rossi shoes are mad. Wasn't until I saw the model wearing them that decided they look great.

One make sure you relax this weekend, sounds like you need to do nothing.

Linus belated happy birthday; love your bracelet.

Dry, have the wardrobes been fitted? bet you spend hours organising them

Am off to check out Queens wedding wardrobe.

LinusDKD · 07/11/2014 17:04

Oh I LOVE those Rossi's marsha! I would have nowhere to wear them but they are a thing of beauty.

one I have been accidentally Wink been looking at onesies but I am usually put off by the fact they are either fleece and/or polyester.

Saw some nice cashmere ones but ££££.

I will get into my pj's once the DC are in bed and will ask DH to light the fireplace.

Sleepwhenidie · 07/11/2014 17:16

Oh I am so Envy of you all cosy, in onesies and not going out. I am feeling all fluey and have to go to DC's school disco Shock - the horror. Hope they've got some decent red wine on the bar (Lemsip chaser Grin) One are you feeling any better?

Linus I just posted the leggings. Will pm with details when I find out IBAN etc. x

Liberty have a lovely time in Ireland.

Blair, of course I don't mind you commenting on the coat site Smile, thank you.

Drywhiteplease · 07/11/2014 17:17

Wow it's wet out there.

Fedup they're not finished yet Shock either the men are v slow or they are incredible complicated! Finished on Monday. It's actually looking like a proper dressing room. The fitters couldn't believe how quick and decisive I was about exactly where/what height/how many shelves and rails I want!
"I've been planning these wardrobes for months!" and I'm on MNv don't you know Wink we happen to belong to a group who are obsessed with this sort of thing Grin

Mom the search for coconut sorbet has been successful! I must be Waitrose's best customer at the moment. Salmon is marinating and bought 12 hand dived king scallops get me for an extortionate sum won't tell DH for the starter. Can't wait to cook and eat it all. The temptation to go crazy with chilli and ginger was big though I'm not a subtle flavour woman!! . Miso is funny stuff!

Shop I wore the red trimmed animal print scarf today with black boxy jumper, 7/8 BR trousers and chunky loafer. Felt great. Smile

LinusDKD · 07/11/2014 17:53

Oooo thanks sleep! Very excited now.

blair and shop I have boxed your jeans, now all I have to do is go to the post office and post them.

I did a bit of a mini wardrobe clearout and found lots of hardly worn 'office trousers'. Some lovely Theory and Joseph trousers that are now way too big for me (even though they are UK 10 and 8 Hmm )

I would offer them here but the style is maybe a bit dated i.e. Very wide of leg. Will probably donate them to a local charity as they are still in perfect condition.

I am salivating at you mentioning your food dry. I can't wait for the DC to be older so I have time and the energy to have proper dinner parties.

Fedupnagging · 07/11/2014 17:56

Sleep you have my sympathies; I helped at many a school disco and always came home with super hyper children and a headache.

Sooo exciting Dry. I expect your builders would tell you that they are very complicated!

Am v envious of those of you with dressing rooms

Drywhiteplease · 07/11/2014 17:57

Linus think you all know I love entertaining. Haven't cooked any proper fun food since our extension began, have missed it.

shopafrolic · 07/11/2014 18:13

My list of things to do before I die includes a dinner party at Dry's house (and a BBQ in the shed).
Leather trousers being worn again tonight (I'll get the CPW down if it kills me). With A&W silk shirt, and some sort of jewellery and bag combo TBC. LKB shoe boots again (I don't have lots of shoes).

Drywhiteplease · 07/11/2014 18:29

Tell you what Shop if I lived in London you'd have all been round already Smile. Have a great night tonight, leather jeans are proving a great success.

LinusDKD · 07/11/2014 19:18

Have fun dry and shop!

OneLittleLady · 07/11/2014 19:23

I am so so cold tonight. My onesie alone is not enough, nor is it enough combined with the heating so i have a big fleecey blanket over me as well. I know I feel the cold as standard but this is ridiculous! I think it must be the virus which I do hope does a disappearing act sooner rather than later!

Have lovely evenings Shop and Dry

Drywhiteplease · 07/11/2014 19:56

My night is tomorrow...catching up on STCD it takes two with a glass of white. Pjs soon .....

LinusDKD · 07/11/2014 19:59

Just changed into my pj's and have a glass of wine in my hand dry! Santé!

one you sound like DM. She has the heating on at 23 degrees and is still wrapped up in jumpers and shawls. Wink

Fedupnagging · 07/11/2014 20:04

Pj's on, wine chilling and just about to watch last 2 episodes of House of Cards". Bliss.

Karbea · 07/11/2014 20:05

I feel pretty snugly tonight, primark white vest, jaeger baby blue cashmere sweater, old juicy couture ;) track suit bots.
Dh just made lovely seared tuna for dinner tonight - yum!

OneLittleLady · 07/11/2014 20:06

Ha linus I don't have the heating on at those temps but I do really feel the cold Wink I don't have the heating on high at all tbh, I'd rather use extra blankets and hot water bottles and things, it's far more cosy Smile

Sorry dry I thought it was tonight. the menu mom suggested for you sounds divine and I'm sure it's going to go down a treat. Do report back maybe the next morning depending on levels of wine consumed on how your guests find it Smile

Karbea · 07/11/2014 20:09

How about this onesie?

Topazandpearl · 07/11/2014 20:18

One I hope you get a good rest this weekend and feel better soon.

I don't envy you the school disco Sleep. At least it won't be a late night.

Hope you have a good time in Ireland Liberty.

Wardrobes sound great Dry.

Shop continue to enjoy birthday celebrations. Mine is Sunday, but started celebrating today with cake, cards and presents at work. Am now drinking prosecco with DH and DD while we wait for DS to arrive home for the weekend. Best present is having all four of us together Grin.

OneLittleLady · 07/11/2014 20:23

That's a nice onesie karbea but tbh,I'd rather have a Batman one Grin

LinusDKD · 07/11/2014 20:24

Ooh that is nice karbea!

topaz sounds like you have a great weekend planned.

Drywhiteplease · 07/11/2014 20:24

nice dress

Karbea · 07/11/2014 20:46

Lovely, I wonder what these are like.

Drywhiteplease · 07/11/2014 21:14

Look nice. I fancy the style with leather at the front and stretch jersey back.....anyone seen some?

BrandyAlexander · 08/11/2014 08:17

Morning! Hope One and Sleep are better.

I have had dinner 4 nights in a row now. I feel so bloated. I had never been to Glavin Bistro de lux. That was lovely. Also Oblix at the Shard with window seats and then a couple of private dining rooms. I lost my coat for 24 hours as I left it at a restaurant.Blush

I am doing more client entertaining today. 5th bloody day of heavy eating though as it is watching a sports event, I will need the extra fat to keep warm while the game is on!
