Such a great day Shop, I love a good shop on my own once in a while.

Bought myself a hat today. Who linked these COS cashmere hats a and told us how to wear them? Anyway this autumnal weather means I need one

Nice Dry - I have my eye on the red and / or burgundy one.
So I am growing my hair and the greys are starting to show, but I didn't want to pay for a hairdressers appointment so I chucked on a home dye kit in dark brown. The colour was hideously dark, really solid so I text my hairdresser in a panic. He told me to wash it in Fairy Liquid, and leave the lather on my head for an hour. It has stripped some of the harsh colour out and looks fab now! Who knew?

Have booked my travel for MU weekend! I hope the date hasn't been changed?!

oooh shop dark brown dye should never be used! it always goes so so dark. Glad the fairy trick has worked though

I have that burgundy hat. I also have the high top version of those Gazelles shop. Basically I've just got ALL THE STUFF.

On that note, I ordered another Helmut Lang dress from Shopbop yesterday - tried it on in HN at same time as the red one and it looked just as good so I couldn't resist with the discount. Am now on a spending amnesty for a while! I also tried on some leather J Brands in Matches the other day and they were amazing so will put those on my birthday/Xmas list.

In other news, I've had all my hair cut off! It now looks like this

Love that dress Amber and yes, I totally feel as if I've found my fashion home as a jewel winter. Wearing new GAP black skinny cords, Pistols, and green Whistles quilted sweatshirt with black Gucci cuff watch, silver thumb ring.
Loving your new hairstyle. Mine is at that horrible in between stage at the moment (it will be awful for MU) but I want it a little longer now.

Phew shop that was close! I only home dyed my hair once when I was 17 and the honey blonde locks I wanted turned out to be a brassy orange. So
I have never done it since then.

I just can't justify going to see my hairdresser just for a colour while growing it if I want to be able to buy new clothes
It is still quite dark this morning but at least the gingery highlights have gone so I can wear my new crazy lipsticks! :)

I think I have been on a bit of a clothes buying freeze because my walk in wardrobe is stuffed. I remember looking at the house last year and wondering how I would fill it! My end of year declutter is going to have to be brutal this year. In the meantime I have shifted ahem a few summer things into the other wardrobe.

Erm, I don't remember it being particularly thin shop just that it looked great. Am worried now!

Yes, that is my problem novice - I really need to do something about my wardrobe situation before any more additions. Especially the shoe department!

Great dress Amber. I am tempted by the shopbop discount, but all of a sudden have lots of other things I want as well. Must be because I spent a couple of days without thinking about wedding dresses

Booked my wedding photographer last night - so happy something else is ticked off. It was a mission though, raced home for 6pm to go there with DP and got home after 11 as we had to find somewhere to eat while we were there. All worth it though!

Jumping on the Cos scarf bandwagon as I am considering the grey and the red.

novice my wardrobe is a tiny cupboard compared to yours , and after the de cluttering i did last month, I just have very few things.

feeling so uninspired, just have 2 things I really really want, saint laurent blazer and boots, apart from that, its all a bit meh for me, didnt even have a look at shopbop!

shop glad the fairy liquid helped. I'm doing the same with my hair ATM, home colouring for the first time ever, trying to get it to grow. I did it for the first time 5 weeks ago and it looked fine, did it again on Saturday and it's now definitely gingery :/ it's only a semi perm colour so hopefully it'll fade soon. Problem is what is under it is worse, too much of a contrast between my natural dark blond and the very bright highlights the hairdresser put in that are now over an inch grown out... Argh... All I want is my nice long blond hair back again, darn hairdressers!

I feel rotten, i think I've got vertigo again so am off to the doctors in an hour. Means missing a morning at uni but my health is more important, well i think so anyway.

Feeling pretty uninspired clothes wise today with feeling ill. Might just be a skinny jeans, tee and cardi day i think.

Have seen all your New Balance love on here, question, are they any good for actually doing something sporty in? I need a new pair of trainers for playing badminton in.

I also need new slippers/house shoes and wondered about these fitflop slippers. Boring I know, but i wear fitflops around the house a lot as they are sooo comfy and good for my posture/back etc. (Podiatrist recommended them).

I have a navy lace dress from Precis petite virtually identicle to this dress which I have worn once with nude heels but think the Dune heels would look good with it. What do you think? Also, what colour tights instead of nude? Hmm

Dry I don't find my Boden sling backs very easy to wear either so glad its not just me.

Am currently clomping around in these shoes - trying to wear them in before Saturday.

The only things I really want now are the leather J Brands and some bronze Nike Air Max. I really don't need anything!
