Morning all - hope your dfil is ok Novice. It's a worry when they don't "do talking", I know. Buy yourself that gorgeous watch to cheer yourself up .
One my watch comes in black and blue I think too. That dress is v nice but I suspect anyone bigger than an A cup will look a bit try hard in it. Hence them styling it with a polo neck maybe.
Dry your fabric hunting sounds amazing. Well worth the trip over the pennines - my dd1 was at Manchester and we used to go over the M62 loads - it's some of the bleakest, haunting scenery in the UK, I think.

love that dvf dress, pity it's short sleeved. totally love that dolce dress. It reminded me that dh and I have dinner later on this month and I am debuting the mouret dress. I can't wait. just thinking about his reaction makes me smile as I am typing this. now I am suddenly fretting and hoping he likes it!

thanks for hand holding re dfil. sorry I should have explained he's had tests for pancreatic cancer and it's not that but he's still having tests. I don't want to pry but I am just afraid. I spent 2013 fretting about dmil then this year it's been dsis. I just want everyone to be okay. Also the dpils are now v focused on transferring assets to us so it's not helping my fretting.

Novice I agree re the DVF. At my age I need elbow length Wrt your pils, I feel for you. We're in the same boat with mil - she has cancer in her finger and is currently having tests to see if it's spread. Being naturally a worrier exacerbates the situation when you need to know more - but they aren't saying. Hugs.

Grabbing an hour to myself in the sun in garden with tea and a bumper edition of World of Interiors, bliss! Have loads of dull admin stuff to do but am procrastinating, planning future new kitchen including amazing Lacanche cooking range. Dh is surprisingly on board, maybe as he knows it isn't likely to happen any time soon...
