There's a chill in the air as we head towards Autumn. Some of us may have jetted off to sunnier spots, some of us are lounging on yachts (kind of) but we're still going strong 44 editions in. Come and join us for fun, friendly fashion and beauty chat. All welcome, any budget. :)

Yes marsha get coat instead, the heels are lovely, but not practical for AW, can u imagine walking a few steps in the pouring rain wearing them?
Now if they were boots instead,I will be barking orders at you now Wink

Ok I ordered the heels to link Blush

I'm going to skip into APC today and try on the coat, if they have it in store. I need to know on the sizing.

I'm ok, thanks for asking sleep Dp is back later today for the weekend so I've been looking forward to it all week. have been trying to keep myself busy but it's been hard as a lot of 'friends' have been letting me down, not turning up when they say they will, not answering when I msg them etc so that's been bringing me down but I'll live. Have you been enjoying your holidays sleep?

Thanks hon! Like the haircut but have to say love your current do. I think it's very sexy and suits your face shape well. Shall wait to see if I live the new one!Wink I got confused have your chosen the wedding dresses yet? Your best features are: your lusciously long legs, lovely nipped in waist, long torso and beautiful face shape. Anything that doesn't promote/emphasise these things is a no-no particularly on a great occasion like a wedding. That tent dress did nothing for youGrin

Why oh why do I open up bag threads? I love the porn and I know they are my specialist subject but I ought to know better. I really do. .

I know what you mean novice bag thread always seem to turn nasty. it's such a shame, the poor op was only asking for advice and now she's getting a pasting for being 'insensitive' Hmm

A quick one from changing room. APC coat is lovely, but the lapels are too big for me. Very good otherwise! And roomy as on model.

So I have had my hair done and legged it into Whistles at Westfield.
I tried this Bella and this Jocelyn
Both were a good fit on me, the colours of the Bella were probably more flattering but I wasn't sure about the centre strip - it almost draws too much attention to that area.
I've left the store with the Jocelyn but am not convinced I've cracked it yet - 14 days to return.........

Yeah try it on again at home and see how you feel. There's still time to find something else.

On way out (feels early but I'm making time to pop into a few shops in covent garden!). Going to see Matilda the musical. Outfit is Carven turquoise top, J crew cream pencil skirt, H&M denim jacket and Coast rockstud-alikes. (And havaianas for the walking ha!)

Have a nice evening all :)

Have fun Blair

Can anyone tell me about Jaegar sizing? Does it come up big? If I look at their measurement charts I am a 10 on the bust and hips but a 12 on the waist - not sure whether to order a 10 or a 12? I'm usually a UK12.

Not sure Shop, I'm afraid. Good one on the dress. Try it again see how you feel.

Blair have fun.

We're out tonight. Need to decide what to wear.

Oh and did you all see about the APC coat, a no goer - so I get to keep the Rossi heels right? Grin
