Come and join us for friendly fashion chat. Some of our glasses are empty because we're trying to loose weight, but were still happy, non judgemental, flippant and welcoming lot. We love new visitors (ESP Shop who will hug you)

Evening,

queenc thanks re Marrakech. Will pm you about it over the weekend but we'll be going first half of June.

I haven't told anyone about this thread, not even dh although obviously will do so before the mu. Not sure why I didn't mention it yet, probably because he's working from home at the moment (as am i) and questioning the amount of internet shopping that goes on! Neither of us do fb/twitter etc but he goes on car forums that I don't even know names of and am really not interested in & know he would feel same.

Got my asos order already, all of the tops are keepers, yay. Love the bright tees and yellow sweater. It's thanks to you lot that I'm bringing more colour into my wardrobe. See, that's just not a conversation any of my rl friends would be interested in having!

shop I once had spray tan years ago and it was awful so never did it again. In the summer I use the Clarins tanning moisturiser which is fab. In winter I just stay pale.

Right, just got to do dc bath & bed then we can crack open our Friday night fizz. Cheers. Wine.

Hello everyone!Grin
shop I've had a couple. Both with interesting results:
First time I wore my own lacy thong and refused to remove it prude resulting in a perfect stencilled lace pattern on lower torso! Shock] DH thought it was hilarious.
Second time my hands dry skin went chestnut, looked radioactive, I was v self conscious on the plane!
Now, like sleep I do it myself at home.
Thanks for all of the dress links. Went to DP my tiny branch didn't really love them.
Queenc I do like this but not sure about the colours Confused
Will keep looking.
Finger is hovering over the MO kaftan Shop linked, WWMD? It's a lot for a beach cover up but something I'd feel great in and could bring out every year.

Morning!

dry I love that WC broderie dress!

Looks like it's going to be a nice day here but I have no clue what to wear. DC and I still in our pj's as DH is only landing later on this morning (and leaving again tomorrow late afternoon Sad )

My white Baxters will be too much of a risk for a day with two small kids, right? Wink

LinusDKD · 29/03/2014 06:24

I just saw that broderie dress is £110! For a WC dress???

That is mad!

Drywhiteplease · 29/03/2014 07:28

Exactly linus when it comes to clothing I'll wear during a 2 week holiday (say 3 times?) once a year I'm loathe to spend a lot.

OP posts:
LinusDKD · 29/03/2014 07:31

I would wear that kind of dress all summer but still, if you spend £50 more you can get a good mid-range high street brand for that price. Or maybe even a designer dress on the Outnet.

Drywhiteplease · 29/03/2014 07:47

Nice style though

Decameron · 29/03/2014 07:48

There's always a 20% discount around for the White Co though, I've never paid full price there.

Hope you had fun at the wedding, Shop.

I returned a stripey Boden dress and ordered this James Perse instead.

Decameron · 29/03/2014 07:49

I had a spray tan years ago and it looked very orangey, never again. I like the Dove daily tanner.

LinusDKD · 29/03/2014 07:50

I love that style. Maybe not the most fashion forward but easy to throw on and dress up and dress down.

And I love a cap sleeve as sleeveless often looks wrong on me.

We do have similar styles, don't we? Must be your continental blood. Wink

LinusDKD · 29/03/2014 07:54

I don't know if you do midi skirts santa but I had to think of you when I saw this

LinusDKD · 29/03/2014 07:55

And this camisole for sleep

Decameron · 29/03/2014 07:56

I thought that before, *Linus. Or perhaps you have a bit of Irish in you!

LinusDKD · 29/03/2014 07:59

decam I was talking about dry but you are right, we also have similar tastes!

Mmm, Irish blood? I don't think so even though I do like a drink

LinusDKD · 29/03/2014 08:00

marsha can you wear a jumpsuit to a wedding?

I can really see you in this. Accessorised with some fierce shoes.

OneLittleLady · 29/03/2014 08:46

Annnd, DP is gone, just me and the cat until next Sunday now! I would have to be ill wouldn't I so I can't do much!

Decameron · 29/03/2014 08:54

Oops, sorry Linus!
Can you call one of your sisters to come over, One?

OneLittleLady · 29/03/2014 08:58

I could Decam but I don't want to make either of them ill! I can call my brother who lives ten minutes away if I get stuck with anything, he's tough and can brave a few germs to help out if needed!
