It's been a while since I set one up so thought I'd do the honours.
For glass half full fashion fanatics. Bring a positive attitude, a love of clothes and lots of lovely links. All welcome, from high street to high end.

Please don't make me buy them linus I bought three pair so far and we are still in march! Though they will look ace with my marant tweed jacket!

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 05/03/2014 20:05

Linus that view is gorgeous. Hurry up summer!

Those gigis are really nice fedup, love the leopard/colour blocking.

santa nice long list, any links? I am thinking of these flats (and maybe some brighter sandals as well!) and this gorgeous J Crew hat.

Fedupnagging · 05/03/2014 20:49

Wow, what a fabulous view linus.
Justa, I have my eye onthis top to wear with the trousers along with the navy pointy flats I pinned. They also look good with these wedges I bought last summer. so comfy.

Obviously I need a few more tops to go with them but not looked too hard yet.

Blair I like your list of wants. It's very organised. I am a lot more chaotic where my wardrobe is concerned - tend to impulse buy. MNV is however, making me think ahead a little more.

santamarianovella · 05/03/2014 21:10

blair all I'm thinking about is the dresses, right now, I like this and this , this too, the are more a lot more Blush but I need narrow it down.

maradesbois · 05/03/2014 21:11

fedup that was me looking for the gigis at a good price, thanks for the link. Yours are lovely but I really wanted the navy, have just ordered them from shopbop. If the sizing is right might go for the silver ones as well. There were some nice ones on amazon in taupe and lemon (nice celine-style colour combo!) in my size but postage was extortionate.

blair and santa your wardrobe ideas sound great. Am going to think about mine starting with some gap basics. Like the idea of this paired with the navy gigis and a Vuitton cream damier neverfull (which do not own!) for casual daytime.

maradesbois · 05/03/2014 21:13

santa love the VB dress, would look great styled with tan accessories.

SecretSquirrel13 · 05/03/2014 21:22

W1A22 for 20% off at white company. Not that anyone was asking, just sharing.
Also boden sent me a 20% code but I think it's in the recycling bin, can fish out if anyone wants it.

santamarianovella · 05/03/2014 21:23

omg

justasecond · 05/03/2014 21:25

Dry saw these and thought of you
leopard slipper flats I have a 30% off code

shopafrolic · 05/03/2014 21:33

Just back from Pilates and haven't caught up on links but wanted to let you all know that Stylist magazine is now available free each week for iPad and iPhone. I get DH to grab me a copy each week so this is good news for me.

Mara glad you managed to order your gigis. I loved the lemon colour way on amazon but refused to pay the extortionate postage.

Santa that BV dress is really lovely but gosh, it's £££'s. I have a very similar one from Zara without the frill on the bottom, purchased in the sale about 5 years ago. I shall pretend I am very fashion forward Grin

justasecond · 05/03/2014 21:34

Santa I love all 3 of those dresses esp the APC, I love chambray. The IM is such a gorgeous colour that will really suit your colouring and the VB is so pretty and versatile. Not helping much to narrow it down am I?!

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 05/03/2014 22:07

Ooh that's good news shop thanks, I'll check it out!

santa beautiful dresses especially the white ones. Can really tell your style from those links :) I love the styling in this pin of a white dress.

I saw the Amazon gigis! They had so many colours. Didn't get as far as investigating postage thankfully. Wink

Drywhiteplease · 06/03/2014 07:42

justa love those KG animal flats....would you mind pm me the code, might try them , thank you

shopafrolic · 06/03/2014 08:18

Dry go wow them as Cat in the Hat today - awesome
Am so excited about the fact it will be 17 degrees this weekend. Sat outside yesterday afternoon while DS and friend played - just awesome.
Marsha how are you doing?
Stylist Magazine on iPad is lethal as you can ship from the page!

SecretSquirrel13 · 06/03/2014 08:53

KGMarch25 is for 25% at Kurt Geiger.

shopafrolic · 06/03/2014 09:40

Atterley Road order is all going back.
Neon belt feels plasticky and I think may crack over time. Maison Scotch coated skinnies are too big, and the breton is HUGE. They said size down but I'd say go three sizes down - they are cut for men. :(

SecretSquirrel13 · 06/03/2014 12:01

Where Blair? Am no good at guessingGrin

BlairWaldorfLovesShopping · 06/03/2014 12:06

Ok sorry - the outnet Grin

shopafrolic · 06/03/2014 13:47

LOL Blair
Went out this morning to cheer myself up at the shops.
Bought this sweatshirt in Whistles with the 25% Grazia code. Super bright and will cheer me up no end on a dull day.
New compact tinted moisturiser and concealer
I tried the Eve Lom concealer from the new make up range but it clogged under my eyes so I wasn't overly impressed.
I also spotted a lovely tomato red cotton knit in French Connection and this red dress with white stripes which would have looked great with trainers for day to day running around in but didn't buy as I'd spent enough.
I also went into the Dressing Room to see the lovely ladies there and bought some Tokyo Jane bangles for my friend's birthday.
Sun is shining now - happy days.

Hello all. My bloody internet is still playing up on the iPad although I've realised it works fine if I browse the internet on the pintetest app Hmm. It's just a pain to look at links.

No fashion news from me. I didn't feel very inspired this morning so am wearing black. It looks fine but navy is much better on me. It's that kind of in between weather where I can't quite decide if I should wear short sleeves under a cardi or whether I will freeze? Looking forward to the mini heat wave although we will be up north. dry do you get much sun up there Grin?

Umlauf · 06/03/2014 14:35

Hello. gah, ASOS have to be the worst company I've ever used internationally, dealing with their customer services is like talking to one of those robot things. They never read anything apart from the last line of an email.

So the lovely MIH jeans I'd ordered that blair found are lost! now sold out so irreplaceable and I have to wait weeks for a refund as asos won't take responsibility despite them cocking up the tracking/losing the tracking number...

I understand everyone makes mistakes but this happens on roughly a third of my orders with them. And they insist on addressing me in vile teen speak, as in "Soz not cool - DM us your deets and we'll take a look." Deets? DEETS?!!

and breathe

santamarianovella · 06/03/2014 15:52

umlauf sorry, but I couldn't help laughing! Grin I just got a vision of Vicky pollard as an asos CS person! But its such a shame! Keep insisting and bombard them with calls and emails,

I love that sweater shop beautiful color.
