Calling on style and fashion fanatics, this is the space for frivolity and fun (though it gets a bit tense at sales time) Wink. All welcome.

Hi, first chance for me to check in today, been entertaining DM and husband. Need to catch up but Novice I had one of those robes and literally wore it to death over about four years (holes in elbows and looking v sad now Sad), they are lovely. I liked that it wasn't bulky at all, but still felt cosy and chic. I have a cashca one on my Christmas list.

OneLittleLady · 22/12/2013 20:16

Pic you know where for comparative purposes!

santamarianovella · 22/12/2013 20:48

Are you serving it with mustard and mayo? Do you mind if I join you? Xmas Grin

They are gorgeous Linus. Sadly I have no sandal rule, otherwise I love them!

Shop yes was very lush indeed. We have been living it up over the last week under the guise of oh what the hell it's Christmas. Next few days will be at home in preparation for the day.

Novice hope all is ok. Big hugs.

shopafrolic · 22/12/2013 21:06

How's everyone holding up? No black eyes? Body bags?
I'm on the Baileys. Nothing but classy me - it's a coping mechanism. Alcohol full stop really Xmas Grin
dry how's the foot?
novice love the robe. What's the latest news. Hope all ok.
Just saw the trailer for Sherlock on New Year's Day. Looks awesome. I've been Sky plus-ing all the Christmas TV like a loon today - lots of good kids stuff.
So on Christmas Eve I'm thinking I&I chunky grey knit with black coated skinnies! and Christmas Day green Whistles star sweat with KJL necklace and skinnies? Or maybe the other way round? Not sure about feet.......

shopafrolic · 22/12/2013 21:07

I bet that's the first (and hopefully last) time a onesie has featured on Vogue? Xmas Grin

OneLittleLady · 22/12/2013 21:10

Anyone seen any nice red flats that I can get before NYE? My leg has begun showing symptoms of the same disease I have in my arm and I have a mighty limp, am getting a crutch and can't manage heels Xmas Sad I have flats of many colours but no red. Would prefer leather if poss but can't afford to be too picky at this stage!

QueenCadbury · 22/12/2013 21:14

QueenCadbury · 22/12/2013 21:15

BecauseIsaidS0 · 22/12/2013 21:16

Here is another thing my wonderful hubby got me...an Alexander McQueen cape! I plan to wear it for dinner with the family on Christmas Eve, with a plain black strappy too underneath:

The owl's eyes are freaking me out!

santa DM makes this amazing sauce with mayo, mustard and curry powder. In the Blotus position now.

shop Christmas eve at DP's will see the first outing of my Weekend by MaxMara skirt I bought in the Matches sales. Probably with an black jersey turtleneck tee, black opaques and my black Jalouses.

For Christmas day at DPIL I have no idea. Maybe a black Me&Em rushed dress with my J Crew leopard flats.

I am currently rocking flannel plaid pj's and Falke socks.

OneLittleLady · 22/12/2013 21:20

LinusDKD · 22/12/2013 21:24

They are beautiful! Very Envy

one how about Accessorize?

OneLittleLady · 22/12/2013 21:39

might be worth a look Linus I normally only go in there for bits of jewellery when I can't be bothered to make any!

QueenCadbury · 22/12/2013 21:46

Lovely cape.

Talk to me about silk. I've never owned it but have seen a top I like (not linking as I don't want it to sell out). Is silk strictly dry clean or can it be hand washed? Does it stain easily if it gets mucky fingers on or is a night out without the dc only material?

MarshaBrady · 22/12/2013 21:50

I think it's without dc around material. Little dc anyway, but could just be me. I have some silk dresses that are pretty but not hardy at all.

Love that cape Because. Did someone love that before? Was it Sleep?
