Calling on style and fashion fanatics, this is the space for frivolity and fun (though it gets a bit tense at sales time) Wink. All welcome.

Oh Novice ((((more hugs))) happy to hand hold whenever you need.
Try alternating paracetamol with the neurofen - it really is hard on your tummy.

BrandyAlexander · 17/12/2013 23:17

Thanks Liberty. I will take paracetamol next. Thanks

Which Hoover did you get?

Annianni · 17/12/2013 23:18

Novice Shock Flowers
Hope she's ok?

Do you take any vitamins?
If no, maybe try some Echinacea or spirulina to give your immune system a little boost.

Liberty henry was from mothercare/elc.
Elc do an upright hoover that is much better.
Henry's pipe isn't long enough and he falls over quite a lot. Ds2 loves him though.

libertychick · 17/12/2013 23:20

AmberNectarine · 18/12/2013 08:59

We have Henry both big and little. They are held in high regard in our house.

Last day of work this year today. Am wearing navy cashmere crew neck, black lace skirt, gold/black/navy chunky necklace and navy courts. Carrying my navy Bayswater (and a Cos rip-off of the orange Jil Sander market tote to lug overspill crap in).

Frankly I'm knackered and looking forward to doing not much though I have a couple of blogging assignments to get on with!

Hope you're feeling better novice and that you can still walk dry.

Anni your not-quite-MIL story made me laugh - I could see my MIL doing something like that.

BrandyAlexander · 18/12/2013 09:06

Morning everyone. Dsis finds New Year's Eve.Sad This time last year I had the same scare but mine was okay. I was calm when it was me but I am bloody terrified now. Thanks for hugsThanks

Shop that's a Celine bag.Smile

OneLittleLady · 18/12/2013 09:13

I wasn't online much last night so missed it then but sending lots of love for you Novice Thanks

BecauseIsaidS0 · 18/12/2013 09:22

I know I'm new here and you don't know me much, novice, but I'd like to send virtual hugs. I've had a scare in the past; it's horrible but I'm hoping a scare is all it is for your DSis.

BecauseIsaidS0 · 18/12/2013 09:26

Morning, everyone. Only three more days at work for me and frankly, I'm TIRED! Wearing Adolfo Dominguez ruched dress in red with a white Banana Republic cardigan on top, and leopard print ballerinas because my back is playing up and can't wear heels today.

DH and I are doing Christmas lunch this Sunday with his kids and I have nothing to wear. Panic.

Mignonette · 18/12/2013 09:34

Novice I had two scares that went right to biopsy level. It is terrifying but worse when it is somebody you love. DH was whey faced sitting with me especially when the consultant was honest in response to my questions and admitted she felt it might be not good news.

I got away with it and I am hoping the same for your sister. Sometimes it can seem really really grim and turn out okay. Either way you and your sister will have support and our love.

Everything is crossed.

shopafrolic · 18/12/2013 11:43

Lovely dress Because (is it ok to call you that?)

shopafrolic · 18/12/2013 11:47

So I went into ANNA and they were fab - the cashmere is beautiful and the scarf is good too. They didn't have my size in store so are getting it for me and then I'll collect. Some lovely bits going into sale preview…...

Mignonette · 18/12/2013 11:58

Stop tempting me Shop. ANNA are good people I agree.

shopafrolic · 18/12/2013 12:07

sale preview
I tried on some of the fab Unreal Fur jackets until I realised I have nowhere to wear one - but the are lovely. I also tried a Velvet top. They don't have Acne at my store but there are lots of good bits of Acne online…..

shopafrolic · 18/12/2013 12:08

And jalouse for £90…..
