Following on from the weird headpiece, I've found something more bizarre. hi vis vest anyone?

Marsha wore a pencil skirt (think it was Wang ruched?) with neon tee and heels at our MU. She looked fantastic. Wouldn't have thought of that combo myself!

Just lost a long post and it's too early and hot to re-type everything.

I love those pencil skirts paris and I have been wearing mine loads in this weather as an alternative to shorts.

I wear my Asos ones with my white or navy M&E boyfriend tee or with my white oversized Zara tee knotted in the waist. I usually wear them with Gigis as running after DC in a pencil skirt and stilettos might be asking for trouble.

Maybe I should get a print pencil skirt as all mine are plain...

Today we're going more furniture and soft furnishings shopping but so far we've not found anything we like. Maybe it's the wrong time of year to look?

hola! I also like the skirt with tee look - am wearing grey wang skirt with neon yellow j crew tee today, with vejas for school run.

and BOY did I run. couldn't check out my outnet basket at 8.35 so sprinted to school and back with confused DD, threw her into the classroom and sprinted home.

got this blue cashmere sweater and these pink shorts - not on clearance but have been eyeing them for ages and we are on hols as of Fri so hoping will be useful.

didn't think the discounts were amazing tbh.

I also ordered the pink bubblegum cashmere but just cancelled it from the order as really would prefer a hot pink

will be here on and off guys, I love you all too much to cut and run.

btw the sandals in this blog post are lovely, got about five compliments in first ten min outing yesterday. look more expensive than they are.

what colour cashmere did you guys get - mcnally, marsha, am sure there will be more of us!

Same blue one foxy. Hoping it is bright IRL. Love those sandals too. Have been pondering them for a while so good to know they've been a hit.

Meant to say, love the pencil skirt and t shirt look. That floral skirt and grey t shirt combination paris pinned is totally up my street. Really, really love the skirt.

The soft grey one with silk back. I have so many bright cashmere jumpers I wanted to get a non-bright one.

I do love the pencil skirt tshirt look. I'd probably go for that out of those two links, although I love the other look it's just not me as much.

I had a Stella M sports bra and a Farhi shearling jacket in my basket then it crashed.

The jacket was £119 from £595 but it's black, and I know I don't suit black... got to the landline to ring customer services and thought... what are you doing?! :o

The reductions aren't as good as last time, i&i especially.

That's hilarious Marsha - I've ordered the same grey cashmere, and gave up trying for the silk top as it kept crashing!!

I really wanted the purple I&I v neck but they didn't have a large.....

marsha that soft grey is lovely. am trying SO hard not to buy grey stuff atm! am inexplicably drawn to it. only exception may be some tweedy grey shorts for AW to wear with boots and opaques.

am gutted these didn't make the clearance. for £50 I would buy them but £100 too much.

I agree anni, last time was better. but still I think cashmere for around the £50 mark is pretty good, IF it's good quality.

I know it wasn't as good as last time. £50 odd is still quite a lot really, not as good as £20 odd. And I&I was the only stuff I could see that seemed to be worth it.

Grey cashmere is lovely shop and Marsha. Was tempted too but have a lot of grey sweaters at the moment. Slightly worried that with more cashmere I'm making the bloody moths, that I can't get rid of, very happy. Next purchase, more moth spray...

The outnet has now totally crashed for me! So far haven't seen anything I fancy but always good to have a browse. Thanks for the pm Marsha.

Novice I saw a pink top and thought of you - if I can get back on I will link (if it is still available).

My boden sandals arrived. Thought I would feedback as some of you mentioned you liked them. They seem really well made, completely leather including sole, very pretty HOWEVER I am sending them back as they look delicate and I tend to wear my shoes heavily so I don't think they would last long. Am sticking to my saltwaters

I like this one too though I fully understand that most people would not!

LeFreak I wear pencil skirts a lot for work when I am not working from home and I find that a plain shirt works really well. My friend wears them with little cardigans. If you are blessed with a tiny waist then high waisted and fully tucked in looks amazing. Sadly, I am not very curvy so I shall stick to a semi tuck until the millions of squats and planks I've been doing have an effect!

Thanks for the Outnet tip off McNally. I quite fancy some new knitwear but the arsing website keeps arsing well crashing. I shall persevere, eyes on the prize...........

Foxy I like the jeans, they'd cheer you up on a grey winters day. I got some ankle boots with silver glitter on the back last winter and I have never had so many compliments on a pair of shoes. I have a lot of shoes!

HOF have texted me to say my pencil skirt is here. Fingers crossed it fits as it seems to be selling rather rapidly now. How strange!
