QueenC I love that DvF jumpsuit very much.

Everyone still asleep I just woke up, the dc are more difficult at night and stay up late. Am glad it's the holidays. They can just sleep.

QueenCadbury · 21/07/2013 08:00

I'm liking this bag too

QueenCadbury · 21/07/2013 08:02

amber no idea, I'm guessing an xs or small. Let me know what's best for an 8/10. If I know it's the correct colour then I'll order online. Thank you.

McNally · 21/07/2013 08:22

That DvF jumpsuit is absolutely lovely QueenC.

shopafrolic · 21/07/2013 08:26

Morning all. I converted DS' cot into a bed last night. He fell out 5 times. I am dead - that is all......

Gorgeous jumpsuit QueenC! Am Hmm that Abbey's dress is h&m, that pretty much guarantees I won't be able to get hold of it as it will sell out everywhere! So much for it being £££ Grin, see, you can never tell!

I am mn'etting from bed with a cup of tea . DH got back from his cycling trip last night. A text message woke me up. I had to go down and make my own Brew though so don't be too Envy.

Drywhiteplease · 21/07/2013 08:33

I'm up QueenC (in bed with papers!)... Love both the bag and the jump suit.
I'm feeling a huge need for a coloured sleeveless shift dress in natural fibres. I loved my black one that I've worn to death but a bit sick of black. Not much around now........
I think the Abby dress is lovely too

shopafrolic · 21/07/2013 08:33

MarshaBrady · 21/07/2013 08:36

Aw Shop Grin that made me laugh thanks Grin. love it.

Oh no on bed! Try a rolled hand towel tucked under sheet at the edge.

I'm in bed too with espresso, mnetting because it's my birthday and it's the law. Grin

MarshaBrady · 21/07/2013 08:37

Dry I stil love the idea of white stilettos. For summer.

BrandyAlexander · 21/07/2013 08:39

Ooh happy birthday Marsha! Plenty of Brew and Wine today I hope! Have a fab day ThanksThanksThanks and xxx

Drywhiteplease · 21/07/2013 08:43

these are lonely
these would look fab with white skinnies. Done in red,coral,silver,gold,black....want every colour!

Happy birthday Marsha

Drywhiteplease · 21/07/2013 08:43

Lovely!!!

Drywhiteplease · 21/07/2013 08:45

Shame they're plastic

BrandyAlexander · 21/07/2013 09:02

Dry, I bet those shoes would hurt! By the way have I had my Russell & Bromley moan to you? Those quilted ballerina pumps didn't last more than 8 months. I was livid!

QueenCadbury · 21/07/2013 09:12

Happy birthday marsha.

novice no way, that's awful. I've got plastic ballet flats from sainsburys that have lasted longer.

Love the sandals dry but can't quite get my head round white stilettos.

Drywhiteplease · 21/07/2013 09:12

Oh that's a shame....mine are going strong and really comfy but I've had them less time than you. What went on them?

BrandyAlexander · 21/07/2013 09:46

I seemed to wear them out at the back so a big hole appeared on the seam joining the top of the shoe to the sole. I took them to my shoe guy and he said for the first time ever that he couldn't save them.Shock

That was why I got the kurt Geiger in the sale. Having paid £99 for the RB I was so mad. The other pair I bought at the same time have kept but that's because I rarely wear them. The quilted ones were what I was wearing to and from the train station and also at the weekend so they got worn a lot. Having slated LkB for those infernal boots its annoying to have had 2 v expensive one season wonders.

Drywhiteplease · 21/07/2013 09:53

Yes that's bad novice.......

Turquoiseblue · 21/07/2013 10:04

Morning QueenC, Smile I m awake and delurking again.
Just caught up on links too with a coffee and brioche in hand.

Love that jumpsuit, I m terrible with trends - I tend to dislike them at the start, then they grow on me, then I buy, but by the time I buy the trend is almost passing! Im really not adventurous enough with my clothes and tend to stay in my own style a lot. I shouldn't mull so much. I d love to pull off a jumpsuit or play suit.
I have had a fashion quandary for a long time - i swim a lot often en route to from work, so need a bag that I can carry swim gear in. However vanity prevents me from using any old backpack/gym gear bag.
tossing up between these nice but the opening s a bit small maybe
-not sure about shape
and this
Atterly road sale haul was a bit disappointing I ve been looking at this dress for a time as loved the colours and nonchalant style - nearly ordered it but decided to hold out for the sale here. Still love the print and style but the material - 50/50 VISCOSE /silk. I should have checked before I ordered. Mightily glad I didnt get it full price. Am torn - it fits fine - will possibly a bit loose around the middle/hips but it does look great, I like the reflection in the mirror when I have it on, but i imagined it to be silkier and it feels rough and viscos-y! and also so very light not see through but so darn, well papery...(I m selling it now arent I) - I had had an idea of bringing it into next season with a different belt and tights when the new sheen had worn off it. Not sure I can live with it. But I still love the look and colour and print... What would MNV do?
had also ordered shirt and skirt again the skirt doesnt feel like I d imagined it to and is lighter but I do like the overall look and both will be worn lots.
Who linked the me and em grecian dress? Bargainous! Love the teal colour.
Hope all the weekend entertaining goes well and happy birthday Liberty.
Novice - your bling and shoes..... I m Envy
Who mentioned tankini ?? nooooo are they are swimwear s equivalent to white linen trousers?
Spotted this ....www.sweatybetty.com/paradise-swimsuit-prodsb121_multi/this probably not for catching a tan in though!

Did I read right on the last vol? - Amber, fit flops, 5 pairs..... ? Have to admit I have considered them - I do lots of walking ... I have a fear though - I don't quite have the effortless cool that Amber has and reckon I couldn't pull it off, I fear if I did go there it would be a slippery slope !

Turquoiseblue · 21/07/2013 10:13

ohh happy birthday marsha too!

dry - white stilettos...saw them on a friend last week and they looked surprisingly good Smile

AmberNectarine · 21/07/2013 10:19

I forgot you're a similar size to me QueenC, will try on and let you know. Knitwear tends to be snug there.

All the fitflop naysayers have clearly never worn a pair! I have arthritic knees and ankles and they are the best things for them, so I feel no shame. I wouldn't wear them on a night out, or to work, but for everyday park roaming with the kids they are fine.

MarshaBrady · 21/07/2013 10:37

Thanks so much Thanks. You're all lovely.

Birthday lunch with family today, repeat sans dc during the week and present is yet to be found dress.

Turquoise I say keep if not too irritating It's very pretty.

LeFreak love the Me&Em.

Topaz lovely stuff.

Sleep photos sound great. No idea on dress!

Novice outfits sound fab, as usual!

One piece swimwear can look fabulous, tankinis never really look right.

LinusDKD · 21/07/2013 10:39

Just quickly wishing marsha a happy birthday!
