Poor shop I know exactly how you feel! When DS was tiny I also accidentally drew blood when I cut his fingernails.
Now that he's older I really have to time cutting his nails well and I still use baby scissors. His fingernails he's ok-ish with but the toenails is still a bit of a struggle.
I just trim them once a week when he's in a good mood and distracted by watching tv or clips on youtube.
Cutting his hair is another matter, you would think we were trying to strangle him, he becomes absolutely hysterical. Tv, iPad, chocolate, crisps, singing etc don't make any difference
Any toddler haircutting tips welcome!
sleep what a naughty fox but at least he has excellent taste.
I am currently sitting in the airport lounge waiting for our first flight and I still have a butterflies in my tummy about leaving the DC with DP.
But I am looking forward to some grown-up time with DH and some me-time as well. It's been a while...
Oh, my travel outfit is the M&E navy maxi dress (thanks dry), navy Tods ballerina flats, Boden crochet jacket, teal Tods bag and some bling.
