I also wash my cashmere in my washing machine, just on a cold wool cycle and they come out ok. But maybe I should try laundry bags. What kind are suitable for cashmere?

Have got a splitting headache which may be hormonal or because it was so hot here today. I am expecting a thunderstorm any minute now because the wind is blowing something awful.

Does anyone know when the Me&Em sale starts? As I have hardly bought anything in the sales so far (stupid Selfridges) and as I have a lot of their stuff pinned on my 'would like to own' board, I hope their sales aren't a dissapointment.

I'm also thinking of coming to London for a day of shopping next weekend, but only if the sales have started in the shops.

foxy I love my Rocco, but honestly, no, I wouldn't buy again. Within a couple of months the leather trim had started to wear away and in some places is very ragged now. Admittedly I don't baby my bags but I don't feel I should have to with a rugged looking article like that. I've never been gentle with my others and they look pretty good, even the exotics.

dry I think they will have a sale, just not sure when.

and Toblerone are my friends keeping me company tonight.

Water and dry toast here.........have had to ditch girls night due to sudden and very violent stomach upset.........I have a stomach of steel, just don't understand it and its my long anticipated race day tomorrow . Tips welcome (or the health variety....but horsey ones v welcome too!)

Charli top is really nice, it's a lovely nude colour. Probably a keeper.

Charli grey cardi is nice, incredibly long sleeves which makes a change. Probably keep this too.

Another Charli cardigan, is nice but it's a shade of brown that i'm not sure is the right colour for me.

There was also 3 other Charli tee's but they aren't nice... too thin, see through (and not in a nice way) and quite short too.

And i've ordered this to try with jeans... but I suspect the yellow part will make it look like maternity wear on me.

Agree with the flat full fat coke or flat Lucozade. No dairy for a few days as can irritate also. Basic advice though is if you fancy eating something, try it.

Anni I think my lower legs and ankles would look a little marooned in those Kors boots as good as they look on screen.

Linus those colour boards are beautifully composed but how does she find the time to pin all that? I waste enough time on it....

Queen am loving the colour combo board. Some interesting and fresh ideas there and reminders of old favourites too.
