Morning everyone, you sound like you are having lovely weekends. I agree with everyone too Novice, you really shouldnt be about the charity!

I spent yesterday recovering from dinner here with friends on Friday night, DH bagged the lie in so it was a struggle . Took younger two DC's swimming then to a local fair, came back for fish and chips with everyone, watching Harry Potter II. I am now off to do my latest grading at kickboxing and DH has taken DC's off to the zoo (probably in rain ). Roast dinner later.

I have just done NAP order, got the black dress like Barbie and Santa, also skirt, top and pj's, figured I may as well check it all out as I'm paying for postage anyway . Must remember to send something back !

In other news, I seem to have lost half an inch off my underbust, an inch off my waist and an inch off my hips! I don't know how as I've been really slack with my exercise but I now need a belt for my jeans where I didn't need one before

Well done One! It seems the results happen when you're not really paying attention.

I won't be losing inches any time soon after today's highly indulgent lunch. Even brought a cheese plate home because we had hit the wall by the cheese course. Had a lovely afternoon though - champagne, fine food, good company - what's not to love? Wore cobalt Kaliko top with off-white Baxters striped jersey blazer, turquoise snake print flats with gold toe and ankle strap (last year's Reiss), MK gold Runway watch and pink Coach mini satchel. Now wearing old Victoria's Secret sweatshirt and Hush merino Harem pants with deep, elasticated waistband (V important right now) nicely accessorised with Gap woollen stripy slippers.
Ena Sharples wouldn't get a look in, but boy, am I comfortable.

one well done on the loss of inches. Tomorrow I start my weightloss plan in earnest. We visited some friends today who had been doing the Insanity dvd, which sounded even more painful than the Shred.

Grumpy stop enabling me! A silk shirt is not a good idea when I get babyfood, snot and wee on my clothes on a daily basis.

I do really, really love that shirt and I have pinned another MiH one I really like.

i'm not going, too many commitments with the DC to make it work atm. when they are older maybe, have been offered tickets a few times. for now it's me and the beeb and my sofa. works well now i can pause/rewind/record everything too, so much better than the old days!

I have switched sales focus from me to the house and bought new duvets, pillows etc. the problem with a super king size bed is that it's bloody expensive to kit out!

Oh desr, the dodgy Barbour link was me. I actually bought it from Selfridges, down from £180 to £75 but because it has sold out, I couldn't find it on the Selfridges website and just googled it. hope no one bought it from the dodgy website.

I generally catch up with Wimbledon during the latter half of the second week. I enjoy tennis, but god help me if I became addicted - all those hours of viewing possibility!

Have a serious dilemma Tues - DH away racing and I have important potential clients visiting at about 1.30. DD2 has just informed me it's sports' day Tues afternoon. I'm going to be the worst mother in the world. But plannng a surprise trip that evening to the cinema for Despicable Me 2 and dinner out afterwards for just the two of us to compensate. Will I get away with it?

Just looked through your links Dry. Some fabulous things there. I actually gasped to see that Moschino dress - I had an identical dress when I was 18 - 20 quid from Warehouse! I wore it to death (but then I was about 7 stone in those days)

grumpy i too over did it today,we went out for lunch, and i ate a huge pizza plus what was left on DD plate,plus two portions of brownies ,i need to stop myself or i wont be able to fit in my MSGM dress for the wedding we are going to on sat .

and your day with your DD sounds fab.we managed to get just 2 tickets for sunday,so it will be DH and dss only.

grumpy maybe it'll rain and sports day will be postponed? Otherwise I'm sure she'll love despicable me I can't wait to see it.
