Ahem Shopatanna - I think this type of advertising is not allowed. I have reported your post.

Drywhiteplease · 19/06/2013 15:45

Lordy!!!!
Well the press are camped outside my house, getting round Sainsburys was impossible even with a cap, sunglasses and a blonde wig on and Bombay Sapphire are sending a lorry load of free gin round! Grin
Yes, it was a large G and T ......Sue's plan to get me merry and take a pic worked Wink a great fun day, nice to meet another fashion obsessed person. Will make it to a MN MU sometime, although I think you may be disappointed with the level of poshness but remember it's ma'am as in spam

No Nancy yet.

Hope all poorly little and bigger people are coping.

Grumpy am watching the tv, any way we could see a pic of you in your lovely hat (could make it a headless one.................douh that wouldn't work posh twit )

QueenCadbury · 19/06/2013 15:59

Are you in the daily mail grumpy?

QueenCadbury · 19/06/2013 16:42

shop I cannot find the toilet seat thread and I'm intrigued Grin

LinusDKD · 19/06/2013 16:44

Does anyone have any Stella&Dot jewelry and what is the quality like?

I am considering buying two necklaces but I have never seen their jewelry in real life so I am a bit unsure about the quality.

libertychick · 19/06/2013 16:45

I had already looked at the DM Blush trying to work out who Grumpy might be - are you really Katherine Jenkins??? Grin

libertychick · 19/06/2013 16:57

Sorry Linus I don't know but also interested in the answer!

QueenCadbury · 19/06/2013 17:00

I don't have any linus but it seems popular on s&b and does my bum look 40 often raves about it.

MarshaBrady · 19/06/2013 17:02

Linus not sure about Stella & Dot, people seem to be very fond of Alex Monroe on here for delicate jewellery.

foxysocks · 19/06/2013 17:12

carrie74 has some stella and dot. i like their spiky looking bracelet, would buy if there was a rose gold option.

have found my ideal bag. is ££££. obviously!

MarshaBrady · 19/06/2013 17:43

Liberty I'm the same as Dry and do low carb, no sugar. I find it a breeze.

Having said that Mignonette's macarons sounds delicious, visually so too.

QueenC and Amber hope you are both feeling ok post-surgery.

Hi Barbie, links please!

Anni great cake, love that you're in love with the Marant Jenny. They sound fab.

Grumpy the day sounds fabulous, coat sounds perfect.

GrumpyOldHorsewoman · 19/06/2013 18:08

No, I'm not Katherine (available for openings) Jenkins! I saw her as she was leaving and she was hopping lame, trying to walk with obviously sore feet in her mules (mules, I ask you...) She had a big top-hatted 'geezer' at her shoulder. Can't even remember what she does Wink.

The photographer said the photos go to an agency where any paper can pick them up, so I have no idea (probably best).

Linus I have the Stella and Dot silver Renegade (spiky) bracelet and love it. It's much heavier than I'd imagined it would be and am now considering the gold version too. It's elasticated, which may not be to everone's taste, but it does mean a good fit.

Did y'all know the Tory Burch sale is on, and it's rather good

BrandyAlexander · 19/06/2013 18:10

Hi everyone!

linus, do you have PoxClin in Switzerland? This stuff is AMAZING! Put it all over 3 times a day and they won't feel itchy. I also used virasoothe on the face. Two does of piriton, one in the morning and at bedtime and with these three things you literally wouldn't have known that dd had chicken pox. In the meantime WineBrewThanks for you!

Busy times here, just running off for lunch before next meeting. Got a few things from JCrew and banana republic last night!

mignonette · 19/06/2013 18:13

I will Instagram the next confections made by DD and myself...

I had a rotten day today. Meeting after meeting. Responsibility without authority. The time for me and psych nursing to go our separate ways is fast approaching I think..

Am thinking about whether to go out tonight for dinner and if I do I can wear this Marc Jacobs dress.

Is it too dark for a summer evening do you think?

QueenC and Amber How are you both doing? Queen - the post laparoscopy shoulder pain happens because after the insufflation of Co2 gas into the abdomen, it can become trapped under the diaphragm. The nerve pathways means the pain can be felt in the shoulders.

I do not wear much jewellery but I do love Alex Munroe. this Hummingbird necklace is a favourite of mine, Marsha

MarshaBrady · 19/06/2013 18:15

That dress is gorgeous Mignonette it will be striking in the summer air.

Hi Novice have been thinking about you stateside!

mignonette · 19/06/2013 18:16

Grumpy

Love this Tory Burch look here.

Her Pinterest site is envy making.....All glossy and New York

Drywhiteplease · 19/06/2013 18:47

Mig lovely dress and it is a summer eve after all....have a great time.
And you really are into ice cream....even have a no lactose,no gluten recipe!!!Grin
Grumpy are you Princess Anne Wink? Thought you were Zara or Clare Balding for a while (love her)!
Where's my Nancy....I can't wait much longer!
Shop I need to check to see if my loo seat is posh....could you link the thread I've been searching to no avail. Thank you.

Drywhiteplease · 19/06/2013 18:49

Grumps you're obv not P Anne, far too stylish....realise you may not have taken that as a compliment......Zara, on the other hand, is great.

D And G going to prison, who'd have thought? Shock

Drywhiteplease · 19/06/2013 18:54

Oh blimey.......actually, if you are P Anne , really sorry Ma'am .....you are a great horsewoman and look lovely in your military outfit ESP Order of the Garter costume, do love a bit of velvet................off to get stiff drink

BrandyAlexander · 19/06/2013 18:59

hi Marsha! It's been back to back meetings 9am to 6pm. thats usually my life but am jet lagged as well so by 8pm (after going to shopping mallGrin) i just want to crawl into my bed. I think my recent shopping excesses mean I am done and have only bought trousers as that's where my gap has been. The sizing is nuts here now. They all deny it when I ask but I found myself umming and aarghing between a size 00 and size 0. ShockShockShock

I have also been doing stuff on my charity when I wake up at 4am Hmm but with fab results. An established charity (not a household name or anything like that) has agreed to partner with me on my project. I am so excited.Grin I mean, they actually know what they're doing as opposed to me, a total amateur.

BrandyAlexander · 19/06/2013 19:00

Arf at DryGrin

Drywhiteplease · 19/06/2013 19:19

novice go to bed! It's full on isn't it? Are you going to wear those fab cage sandals again?

Drywhiteplease · 19/06/2013 19:19

And great news about t he charity

mignonette · 19/06/2013 19:25

Novice great news about your charity. Please PM me with any details in the future as I'm looking for a new charity to support...

Decided against going out tonight as so darned muggy neither of us feels like eating a proper meal...Shock...Think I will just eat a gallon of ice cream or coconut/Mango yoghurt which tastes indulgent but is practically health food Wink...
