Oh shop the waterfall ring is lovely.

My dream purchases would be;
Chanel jacket
Cartier tank francaise
Hermes Birkin
A dress by Galliano, loved the dip dyed wedding dress he made (?)for Gwen Steffani (?)
I really want a pair of Chanel sunglasses too.....just haven't found the right style yet and I drop/sit on/ throw around sunnies so £££ on them is a bit silly.

QueenCadbury · 15/06/2013 11:48

Yay, you're now all up. I've been to asda (dreadful shop on the whole but useful to stock up on basics) and had a cheeky nap!

amber I am shocked at rocco. I've had a synthetic bag from monsoon that only is just beginning to look like that after about 5 years. Have fun shopping.

foxy it makes perfect sense to return.

mignotte I adore that 1st bag you linked. The colour is divine.

mcnlly I'm loving that you have a kitchen aid on your wish list. Are you getting one? I considered it recently when my old mixer broke but decided I couldn't justify the money when I do so little baking.

grump have you bought the coat yet?

AmberNectarine · 15/06/2013 12:15

Marsha Trios did not go on sale at Selfridges and were sold out.

Sleep I did go to HN but didn't see your message until after I left - sorry!

Well, I was very restrained. Tried on a McQ skirt and a Carven dress I'd been eyeballing, but decided against both, they were nice but not amazing. There is an Equipment shirt I want badly, but at £168 still too pricey, so I will stalk for a while. HN had the navy Splendid maxi skirt for an amazing £31, but the colour was too muted for me, so I'll hold out for the grey. Was also tempted by some Stella desert boots, but I didn't love them as much as the Boden pink ones I have on order.

I only bought two things; a McQ white razor wrap bracelet (at £27 I couldn't leave it) and, my fashion serendipity moment, a pair of grey Goldsign Virtuals in my size, hiding in the HN clearance section for £82. Had wanted them for ages but never got lucky with the Outnet, so I'm very happy with that!

BrandyAlexander · 15/06/2013 12:35

Hello QueenC! Believe me, I was up too, just running round like a loon between 3 sets of children's activities. It's a whole new world!Shock. However.....

this maje knitted cardigan is winging its way to the Novice household. As is this Hawick cashmere knit.

errr and this Roland mouret dress

I also bought a Herve leger bandage dress in coral but can't find the link.

foxysocks · 15/06/2013 12:38

well done amber! the grey virtuals are lush aren't they? i wear mine all the time, was so lucky to get that last outnet pair thanks to anni if i remember correctly.

absolutely loving all the lists and links. don't we all have great taste?

marsha that shopbop p lim is RIGHT up my street. i love it. thank you!

thanks for all the jacket help - hopefully the switch will go smoothly. finally got around to the boden preview order too - pointed leopard pumps and the honeycomb stitch jumper in green. remembered quidco at the last second.

have hosted playdate this morning so done the alpha mummy bit. am about to put DS down for nap, install DD on reading eggs and switch the tennis on.

happy saturday voguettes xx

Annianni · 15/06/2013 12:38

ani wow, shopping up north is not that bad Grin.

Annianni · 15/06/2013 13:47

I'm home now.
I did Selfridges at the Trafford centre, then nipped into Manchester city centre to the other Selfridges and HN.

I'll do links later.

mignonette · 15/06/2013 13:47

Lovely bag -porn!

I too love the Loewe Flamenco Sleep- such glorious colours that I imagine would look even better under the Spanish sun.

The Chanel 2:55 and shoppers are the definition of chic.

My dream dress is a Chanel here. What would I give to own this piece of gorgeousness?

I also love this Nina Ricci.

Here are some of my sale picks. these for the Autumn/Winter and I'm considering this as pink coats will be very au courant. However medium may be too large.

Anna has Sam Edelman leopard pumps in a 37 here for leopard-lovers.

Finally, I have bought these Sam Edelman silver strap flats for Summer at full price but only just over £100.

santamarianovella · 15/06/2013 14:05

mignonette i saw that dress in selfridges back in december, its gorgeous ,its made of denim.

sleep was it you who was after a gucci halter top? i saw one today and they are on sale on the website too.

GrumpyOldHorsewoman · 15/06/2013 14:19

Sleep I love the Portofino....on me! Not sure I'd want DH sharing it. Grey Vitiver smells amazing on DH, which surprised me as I wasn't that keen when I gave it a sniff from the bottle (and on saleslady). I'd recommend that for a man - gorgeous, clean smell.

Still loitering over the coat, but expect that to change imminently!

mignonette · 15/06/2013 14:21

Santa

How much was that Chanel dress/ Did you get a chance to see? I love it but have to accept it is not going to happen.....Sad

GrumpyOldHorsewoman · 15/06/2013 14:33

Ordered the coat, with expedited delivery. Hope it comes on Monday because I'd really like to wear it Tuesday.

Never spent that much on one item before. You ladies are bad for my wallet. Wink

santamarianovella · 15/06/2013 14:39

i have no idea mignonette it was displayed on the mannequin,i was looking at the chanel boy bags, when i saw it .chanel resort collections are always exquisite,my fav was the one in venice a few years ago.

McNally · 15/06/2013 14:44

That dress is beautiful mig. Can't believe it is denim. Diane Kruger always looks amazing too even if not particularly my style.

Drooling over gorgeous bags.

Have been thinking about the Kitchenaid for a while QueenC. Very lovely looking but takes up lots of counter space and quite pricey. One day I'll just crack and buy it though!

mignonette · 15/06/2013 15:08

Santa

That sentence is worthy of best of 'Vogue' thread alone....Chanel resort collections are always exquisite,my fav was the one in Venice a few years ago.

My Mother bought the Cider Apple metallic KitchenAid a couple of months ago. She still hasn't used it and my DD fizzes with envy whenever she sees it. Think Mother only bought it because she knew how much DD longs for one (Mother a bit like that)....

mignonette · 15/06/2013 15:11

As Santa said...................

libertychick · 15/06/2013 15:16

Great links today. I haven't been pinning in a while and I try not to spend too much time thinking about things I can't have but on the wishlist are:

Burberry coat
P/S satchel
Diamond tennis bracelet

Just those, and maybe a rolex Grin

QueenC I have pm'd you

libertychick · 15/06/2013 15:20

Well done on the coat Grumpy - it looks like a classic - pricey but it's not going to date and in your business you will get the wear out of it. I would have said no if you were just buying it for a one of wedding similar.

Shop I am wearing your Gap pink sweater today and I look good without make up in it - I think, via you, I have just stumbled on a ** colour!!!

libertychick · 15/06/2013 15:21

'one off' even...

shopafrolic · 15/06/2013 15:45

Nice one Liberty - it is a fabulous colour. I was hoping I was a winter. I think I'm on the edge of Autumn and Winter TBH. When they did my draping so many colours were OK on me. And only a few ** - jewel tones and black came under okay colours. Strongest though are deep teals and tomato reds, so I'm stuck as an Autumn and must accept it!

A HoC session is on the wish list of presents I gave to DH and I think he may have booked it. I really hope I am a winter but then it's a bit daft worrying about it as whatever you are is right for you. Dithering here over ordering a Marant blouse...partly as it's only left in 14 or 16 but also as I think the colours are more on the autumn/spring spectrum I think and I am sure if I'm not winter I am a summer. DH actually said he had spoken to the HoC consultant and read the website and he's tempted to book it for me as he thinks it would save us a small fortune in failed purchases!

Anyway have to get DD up from her nap now so will ponder for another couple of hours.
