Do it One it sounds amazing - and I'll bet there'll be people of all ages on a course like that. You'll kick yourself if you don't give it a shot.

For some reason my Pinterest isn't working Hmm but I will try again later.

I really, really, really (yes really Wink) wanted this but in the black not this colour

I tried on the 8 which I normally am, too small, as was the 10 and the 12! I understand it was French sizes but a 42 which fitted perfect was a uk 14.

I forgot my card which is bloody typical so didn't purchase it when I saw it. Now I can't find it in the other colour for love nor money

Are her sizes normally so totally off? I have been doing a little research and she has a fair few complaints about her sizes not being consistent.

AmberNectarine · 04/06/2013 18:39

Hmm, I always try IM jackets in a 38 and they Have always fitted. The wedge trainers are sized inconsistently though.

Barbie1 · 04/06/2013 18:46

Amber I was so embarrassed Blush the stuck up sales assistant said they only can one extra large size and wouldn't be getting any more in. Apparently the etoile range is hit and miss with the sizing? Unless that was labeled wrong Hmm I'm only 26 inch waist and 28/30 chest so don't see how I needed a 14?

LinusDKD · 04/06/2013 19:10

novice the George V is on my wishlist of hotels I would like to stay at. Envy

Faddy that is such a pretty dress, I hope the person who bought your size returns it.

One please don't let your age hold you back! Just do it!

Barbie please do spill the beans on your bag collection!

I am with Foxy, when do the bl*y sales start! I haven't bought anything apart from a few bits and bobs just so I could splurge in the sales.

LinusDKD · 04/06/2013 19:29

Coudn't help myself, I have just bought this

was on my pinterest board for ages

And this

denim shirt

Also bought a tie at Turnbull and Asser for DH's birthday later this month.

The tie was more expensive than the skirt and shirt together... Hmm

AmberNectarine · 04/06/2013 19:32

I believe Barbie is the owner of a certain quilted number from what I've read on other threads...

Awful when you need a bigger size in stuff, I don't think I'd buy something I was a 14 in out of principle! If it's 3-4 sizes out, it's rubbish IMO. This obviously only counts one way...

Need to have a try on for GFW. It's been announced on Twitter now so I can tell you I'm going with Next. They have given me a fabulous zebra print, jewelled skirt (sounds awful, looks fab) so I will probably wear that...

shopafrolic · 04/06/2013 19:42

Nice one Amber!

Bag collection Blush

amber is right.

A Chanel 2.55 original not the one with the cc logo.

Chloe paraty bag in tan

Balenciaga town in green (dark muted green)

Mulberry croc pattern

Matching smaller mulberry

Two tanner krolle bags which I can't find a link to but are gorgeous and nothing like the stuff in the web page right now.

An aquascutum bowler bag

Long champ travel bag

Hmm I'm sure there is something else?

Barbie1 · 04/06/2013 19:50

linus lovely skirt Smile

BrandyAlexander · 04/06/2013 19:53

me like-y the bag collectionGrin

Sleepwhenidie · 04/06/2013 19:54

Hi and welcome Barbie, is it this jacket you are after? I am size 8 too, 32D chest and I have it in size 36. It is certainly snug when done up, i could probably wear a 38 and look ok but a 42 would be huge, so that would support the sizing being inconsistent.

Welcome Faddy too, pretty dress.

One definitely do the course, it sounds great.

Nice purchases Linus, let us know how the skirt fits, I think it may be a bit unforgiving for me but I like it.

I am heading to Zadig tomorrow in search of a bargain or two Grin

MarshaBrady · 04/06/2013 19:54

Novice and Barbie I think you have something in common Grin.

Linus I really like that shirt and skirt.

MarshaBrady · 04/06/2013 19:55

Yes do the course OneLittle it sounds great.

Barbie1 · 04/06/2013 20:00

Hugs novice back. Finally a thread where I can talk about my bag collection with pride and not be accused of lying or boosting Hmm Grin

sleepwhenidie that jacket is very similar but the one I'm after is the adrina jacket. Net a porter states its true to size, so either I'm fatter than I thought of somebody has royally messed up the sizes.

LinusDKD · 04/06/2013 20:02

I bought the skirt in black ages ago and it is really flattering, even on a short and ahem, chubby person like me so I think you should definitely be ok Sleep.

I wanted to buy it in berry as well but they are OOS in my size Sad

Barbie impressive collection. I am a bit of a bagaholic and the 2.55 is on my to-buy list.

Barbie1 · 04/06/2013 20:03

Oh and novice this might be up your street Wink

I need a black day bag, I don't do black usually but I have/ will be adding black to the 'capsule' wardrobe' so any recommendations? Max about £300

OneLittleLady · 04/06/2013 20:07

I'm halfway through my application ladies. All depends on me being offered a place on the course. Fingers crossed

Barbie1 · 04/06/2013 20:08

QueenCadbury · 04/06/2013 20:09

Welcome to all the lurkers.

barbie I have absolutely no idea about Korea but what sort of things do you need? What's the climate like?

amber that sounds exciting. Are you going with other bloggers too?

one go for it. You're unlikely to regret it if you do, but will regret it if you don't.

Barbie1 · 04/06/2013 20:12
