I might have to increase my alcohol intake this week.
First day of half term was hard.

I managed to get this cheap grey sweater which is nice and slouchy.

I do like the off white and cobalt ones too. The merino content could have been higher though. Might have to be careful near any naked flames.

I also picked up this scarf
I do love this scarf. But I don't like the price.

My local TkMaxx had a pitiful tshirt section... Timberland anyone? :o

I'm joining you Anni well in theory I don't have any, but due to having to take ds1 to a sport centre / tag type party in the depths of S London. Without sat nav, I had to pull over and check the AtoZ the whole way. And it was far, and did I mention S London, chicken shop central, fast roads

However, pleased you bought some lovely stuff Wine Grin.

Preparing for the pick up.

Poor you Anni. On a brighter note how did the Marc Jacob do? TKMaxx used to be my favourite shop but sadly don't have any time now to be rooting through to find the bargains. Have been recently inspired by other peoples finds on this threat and nada! Too chaotic!

More TK Maxx success today, bought a really lovely black 100% silk scarf with green chameleons all over it, and this Wonderbra for a grand total of £17.98.

We had half term last week hence the centre parcs break. It was great as so much cheaper than this week.

Headed into town after the school run and the toddler actually behaved whilst I tried things on. Bought yet another cardigan. It looks really pale here but it's a lovely shade of blue irl. Also bought a grey linen tshirt in h&m which I can't find on the website. It's rather thin and needs a vest unless I want to flash my bra to the world but the shape is better on me than the Zara linen tees. Bought this too but I'm taking it back as realised once I got it home that's it's actually black rather than navy and doesn't really flatter me.

Enjoy the Wine ladies-half term definitely drives you to it!

I might have a drink for you too then Marsha :o

The MJ did behave quite well actually Novice, it held a decent amount and sat quite nicely cross body.
Which left one hand free at least, for shopping bags.

Ds1 bought a lava lamp from Selfridges which is a suprise.
I was expecting him to ram-raid the lego shop as per usual.

He's now got his eye on a £8000 jukebox or one of those giant models made from recycled car parts.

Well done today Amber Envy

Anni how old is your ds? Sounds exactly like the stuff ds1 would get.

QueenC lovely stuff. Really nice blue.

Yes have my glass Anni [grin, I have a tendency to just hand the dc to dh in school holidays as he walks in. I know how jammy his day was today.

Amber you have me itching to get into TKMaxx again but going to be difficult until Friday
Marsha sympathy on the South London drive - I miss driving in the west of Ireland - London driving frequently leaves me in tears.
Sounds like the MJ bag is a winner Anni and lovely scarves - I balk at paying too much for them too though.
I must have a look for the H&M linen T's QueenC - the Zara one's don't work on me either.
I think Massimo deliver from Spain Shop but agree the wait is crazy.

So my DKNY dress arrived today and is going back. The waist is positioned a bit high and just doesn't look right - waiting for My-Wardrobe to start refusing further orders from me - this is my third return in 4 weeks Smile

Can I ask a quick question....If you have a lot of bags, how do you store them? Looking for ideas!

I don't have so many bags anymore Novice but the ones I have are kept in their dustbags on shelves in a wardrobe.

Ds1 has just turned 9 Marsha, he's in yr4.

I'm sat here with a very small stoli and cranberry.
Dh looked shocked when he saw it.
It's the second drink i've had this year, i don't usually drink vodka on a Monday, honest :o

I'd love one shop but I can't afford one at the moment.
There's too many things on my wish list for Spring.

My bags are hanging on the end of a Habitat dress rail and lined up on the floor, until our bedroom get's done, so I can't help Novice

Mine are all shoved in a cupboard. But if I had some of the gorgeous bags you ladies have, they'd be in a display cabinet Grin. Not at all Envy honest!

I have two bags, one in use so out ready on a cupboard handle, the other inside a wardrobe. Not very glam!

Anni my ds is year 3, nearly 8. Loves Lego etc

I have two bags I rotate - one mostly for work, one mostly for weekend, they sit on the floor beside my bed. Have one other that I like but haven't used in ages that is on a shelf in the wardrobe in a dustbag. Recently gave all the others away to charity shop.

And on that note - how easy or not is selling on e-bay? I am slowly clearing out my wardrobe and have lots of stuff that I haven't had the heart to charity shop or throw away as it seems too good for that but I know I won't wear them again. One friend said she spend a full day trying to set herself up and gave up in tears! Is it that bad?
