I have used baby friendly bolt holes too. They r great. They have a few really gorgeous places in Cornwall.

MrsRadicchio · 24/02/2013 19:37

Ooh, I'm a big chinti & parker fan, although I haven't bought any of the cashmere. Their stuff pops up in the NAP sale, the outnet and yoox, usually about 50% off. I also recently bought this polka dot shirt direct from their website's sale and saw that a lot of the stuff was cheaper than nap / outnet etc. They have taken their sale section down though, so must only be at set times of the year.

Amber another SH vote from me, love the colour and shape.

theweek, like both DVF dresses, the green maybe a bit more. Cocosa has a sale on at the mo, lots of party dresses there, may be worth a look?

Hello to everyone else, hope you have had good weekends!

foxysocks · 24/02/2013 19:45

marsha i think iris and ink is the outnet 'own brand' so technically you aren't saving anything! that's how i understand it anyway. i know the over £300 pricetag is crazy, around £100 would be more realistic for me

glad to have enabled sleep Grin. the 'love' ZK colour is way out of my comfort zone but that's all part of my SS13 plan :-)

is anyone else ebaying like a crazy?! it's free listings this weekend so am whacking on everything that i don't want to start at 99p. am going for a 3-strike strategy in that if it doesn't sell after three re-lists it goes to charideeee.

shopafrolic · 24/02/2013 19:47

Yup foxy yesterday was a manic EBay day!

Foxy I know I feel like I have to be in the £100approx area for knitwear, anything over £200 starts to give me palpitations.

I've got something to ebay but have to iron it for the photos.

Theweek · 24/02/2013 20:12

Hope all have had a good weekend!
All links are fab. I picked up a few Zoe K bits from various web sites whilst searching for Pistols and dresses.
There are soooooo many online boutique with brilliant reductions. Good for us- bad for them? Have bought loads recently, few relatively cheaper bits I probably shouldn't have kept as it all adds up....

Amber, love your blog and the handbags. Am a TK Maxx fan now!

Marsha, I have a couple of bits from Iris and ink and good quality, but I do know what you mean...feels as if not getting a bargain. Mine bought on the 'weekend offers' though.

Matches order not yet arrived but pretty sure will send all back!
I tried on the DVF Zarita dress and really like it. Unfortunately not in my size in the local boutique, which am quite pleased about as it does allow me to,'shopbop' it which will be a small chunk towards new shoes...
I think I shall go for navy as felt more sophisticated than the coral I tried, although, coral is a better colour for me!

I tried on a lovely Valentino navy dress which I really liked but it felt less partying. The modelling on the link is dreadful, better in RL
www.the-editeur.com/Red-Valentino/Clothing/Dresses/Red-Valentino-Ruffle-Panel-Dress/5896/

Thank you ladies, really appreciate the time taken to help.

libertychick · 24/02/2013 20:44

Welcome back Sleep. Thanks for the Furla reminder - they are lovely bags.

Foxy I have that C&P jumper pinned also! I pinned it after seeing it in Liberty. I didn't try it on but it felt absolutely divine. And I loved the Anna ones when Sleep lasted pinned them. £350 is just too much for a jumper for me though.

In the sales this time both Anna and C&P had about 60% off cashmere so I am going to hang on for the next round of sales and hope for the best...if anyone is interested this navy and Taupe C&P cashmere dress is on Anna at a great reduction Taupe not my colour unfortunately.

libertychick · 24/02/2013 20:55

Marsha I feel exactly the same about the Iris and Ink pricing - if it's on the outnet I want to feel I am getting a great reduction. I like the look of the I&I silk tops and shirts - they look like good basics like this black t-shirt. A silk t-shirt I tried in Cos last week was £105 - over £40 more than I&I.

shopafrolic · 24/02/2013 20:57

Meant to say to whoever was looking for a gold belt, there was a lovely one in Sunday Times Style magazine today from Mango - cheapy but looked great. I can't find it on their website to link I'm afraid.

Liberty I really like those silk tops, and I'm not very good with silk (!) but they look really lovely.

Theweek ooh yes a weekend reduction is what I need. Navy is gorgeous for the DvF.

Shop I have the ST Style mag here somewhere will check it out.

shopafrolic · 24/02/2013 21:04

I was at my parents house so couldn't steal but it was only a few pages in from memory.

Mango gold belt from ST I am supposed to be prepping for a v important meeting tomorrow with a v early start - so so distractable Grin

MarshaBrady · 24/02/2013 21:13

Not that it was me who was looking for a gold belt Confused but thought it sounded quite good Grin.

Ds2 clearly got me up at 6.30am.

shopafrolic · 24/02/2013 21:18

Mmmmm, looked better on the pages of Style...... Maybe? Maybe not?

I have been madly ebaying today too, in between mountains of laundry, friends dropping in etc. I have a pair of Louboutins and a pair of J Choos on, not for the first time but now at a lower starting price - really hope they go this week so that I can move a few items (or one even) off my dream wardrobe board and onto the actual one Grin. I had that horrible feeling when I saw my credit card statement email just before we went away then remembered a few days later that I have the NAP order to return so feeling happier now!

Sort of looking forward to getting back to a normal routine tomorrow, I love holidays but they are hard work with small DC's, especially skiing, not that I am complaining Grin. It doesn't help that none of my 3 like sleeping alone so DH and I have been woken up every night for the last few months (since taking DS2 out of cot and into a bed) and we ended up with 2 joining us in bed some nights when we were away Shock. Think we may have cracked it though, the boys decided last night that they wanted to sleep together so we let them and they made it through without disturbing each other or us! Trying the same tack tonight so wish us luckSmile.

Sleepwhenidie · 24/02/2013 21:50

Hi Liberty just a quick one, I noticed you have the Charli boucle jacket on your considering board...I bought that in the Charli sale just before Christmas and returned it. It was lovely but just a little too snug on me and it was the last one they had - if you are ordering online I just wanted to say that sizing on it is small Smile.

libertychick · 24/02/2013 22:10

Thanks for the tip sleep. Top half sizing is a bugger for me - seem to be between 10 and 12 in lots of places so will go 12 if I order it. I want new shoes more than I want a jacket so the March budget will be spent on my feet. I am watching it on Atterley Road - maybe they'll have a sale in April!

Fingers crossed for another peaceful night for you. After a rocky first 2 years DD is sleeping well at night - I am on a warning from DH not to make any noise when I leave the house at 6.30am tomorrow as he is enjoying the new 7.30am wake up!

BobbiFleckmann · 25/02/2013 10:27

here are the DVF dresses that are on their way: assets.matchesfashion.com/products/WOWADR790014BCK_1_small.jpg and www.matchesfashion.com/Product/125733 and www.matchesfashion.com/Product/132909
Now what I'm really after with your help are some good beach / holiday dresses for a muslim country (so long / sleeved but thin) for a midget. 5ft3 and maxi dresses not a great combo... I love the M. Odabash look but I'm stuffed if I'm spending £300 on something to get sand and suntan lotion ingrained in it. And I do not specialist dry clean beach kit, even if it has lovely sequins / beading on it.

MarshaBrady · 25/02/2013 12:21

Lovely DvF dresses Bobbi.

Lucky thing with the warmth and sunshine I could do with some of that, will see what I can find.

carrie74 · 25/02/2013 12:21

Ooh, theweek, evil. Have just been wading through and trying to weigh up whether to buy a pair of Aviators here with 30% off, or wait until we're in the States in a few weeks (knowing the exchange rate has plumetted...).

I spotted that gold Mango belt in yesterday's ST Style too and thought of MN, but was still in hangover fug. I quickly remembered why I don't drink that much.

libertychick · 25/02/2013 13:08

Hmmm tough assignment you have set us Bobbi...I had a quick look in the winter sun/beachwear sections of Outnet, ASOS, Monsoon and East and they all have bits and pieces so try those? This looks useful from ASOS

I did a lot of traipsing around hot places where they prefer you to cover up in my pre baby days and I think separates work best. So a sarong/maxi skirt with a vest and long sleeve linen or cotton shirt either worn loose or tied at the waist. Cotton, loose trousers with same top half also good. I think the Odabash look only really works if you are tall and slim

carrie74 · 25/02/2013 13:21

Bobbi any of this grab you?

uk.accessorize.com/uk/holiday-shop/kaftans

When I've been in countries where covering up is expected, I've usually just carted a sarong around with me to sling on over normal hot clothes as and when required.

carrie74 · 25/02/2013 13:22

Bobbi actually, if you can find some super ligthweight harems, they'd be excellent too (and presumably in keeping - you may even be able to get some there).
