New thread here!

Hello - just dashing quickly in to ask a question of the Reiss Minna lace top wearers (red? and others?). I'm very tempted to order but how you wear it; I guess mainly what I'm asking is what do you wear under it?! Confused Also, does it look good with houlis and the like? Sorry for self centred post - will go back and read now.

CHOOGIRL · 25/06/2011 23:01

I just wear a neutral bra. Even though it is lace you can't really see through it.

OllieinOrange · 26/06/2011 07:17

Celeb wearing Agnes (and a little Sunday morning Daniel Craig action for you Smile) here

hf128219 · 26/06/2011 07:37

A very quick one for WAN. Yes, we are one stop up from you I think! So feel free to ask me any questions.

blindassassin · 26/06/2011 08:14

Thanks Choo!
Rachel Weisz looks good in the Agnes with those boots, although I notice hers are doing that knee bunching thing too. The boots look similar to the ones Verity linked to. Mmm Daniel Craig - thanks Ollie!

FritziGreenEyes · 26/06/2011 09:38

Nicole Farhi at SecretSales! Some nice dresses and tops but I am sitting on my hands because there is a £10 delivery charge to Europe...

Emo76 · 26/06/2011 09:40

blind I have the cream one and wear a nude camisole underneath. go for it - I wear mine a lot and machine wash on wool cycle.

ollie my pulse!

am fighting losing battle against art and craft kit, toys and laundry - anyone else dream of living in a tidy home but appears to be the only one to do any tidying?!

FritziGreenEyes · 26/06/2011 09:43

emo I have the same dream but have never succeeded so far. Give up the battle for now, have a cup of coffee and put your feet up!

Emo76 · 26/06/2011 09:49

MrsCampbellBlack you linked to gorgeous black bikini recently, could you relink or tell me how to google it, I am slow out of the blocks for summer hol shopping.

fritzi you are so wise!

pickledsiblings · 26/06/2011 09:53

Morning All

Ollie, get thee 'round to thy neighbour's house and reclaim that shipment!

Fritzi, I hope the weather stays true to forecast and you get the chance to wear your lovely Summer dresses.

Bloss, sounds like you had a lovely time with DH after all, I am glad.

WAN, great that you got the BR trench sorted. You made me Smile with your account of hangover shopping.

Marsha, link, link to the dreadful bag! Hope your F&B choices are a success.

Carciofi, thanks for sharing those lovely pics. I'll be looking forward to regular updates.

Have great Sundays < I shall be avoiding looking in the mirror today as I have a very attractive swollen face - darn sinuses!>

FritziGreenEyes · 26/06/2011 09:54

ollie Thanks for Agnes link! I think I will try on mine later and ask DH. bloss What are your Agnes like around the knees?

I am meeting one of my best friends for a drink tonight. It is a two hours' train journey away but we haven't seen each other in such a long time and I am really looking forward to it. But what to wear? It is suddenly hot here but not sunny and there will be quite some walking involved as I am travelling by train, i.e. no ridiculously high heels. Maybe Houlis and hasbeens...?

FritziGreenEyes · 26/06/2011 10:14

Another sequin-tastic dress I like but don't need

blossoming · 26/06/2011 10:43

Hot here today too. And it was cold and wet till we went to bed. fritzi my parents arrive in Germany today for their annual holiday. I think it might be their last camping independently holiday Sad. I won't hear a word said against Agnes!! I love mine and haven't noticed anything funny about the knees! Have a good time with your friend. It sounds great. Have you got any city shorts?

blinda, I tend to wear a cami underneath, just a v plain Gap cotton one.

FritziGreenEyes · 26/06/2011 12:45

bloss Time flies! I remember your parents going camping last year. The weather is supposed to be great for next week and I hope they have a nice time.

cleverly Maxi, of course! Why didn't I think of it. If I am feeling very brave I might wear my Zara chambray jumpsuit, but I am not sure what to wear it with. Always feel slightly odd wearing a cardi on nights out.

Hope everyone has lovely Sundays. We had an impromptu BBQ plus picnic under our apple-tree Smile.

ollie Hope you can get your parcel. How odd of your neighbours to accept it for you and then go on holiday.

blossoming · 26/06/2011 13:25

fritzi, definitely jumpsuit. No cover up required! It's hot!!

OP posts:
AntPants1 · 26/06/2011 13:26

fritzi do you have a sparkly Cardigan! Gold would look great with your jump suit?

MrsCampbellBlack · 26/06/2011 13:59

Lordy - what lovely weather

Emo - this in black is fab - flattering and elegant I think.

Oh yes my bottom will be considerably more covered than that to protect the innocent Grin

Go on holiday in 2 weeks and need to lose half a stone - may well dukan tomorrow - such fun!

Clevery - hows tricks?

Emo76 · 26/06/2011 15:16

thank you mrscb!

boiling here in central London. Went to a dog show in the park and then had picnic - was going to walk to shops but have decided it is just too hot - enforced wisdom!

blossoming · 26/06/2011 16:08

STS has one piece swimwear feature. Cheapest is £85, most £££ is £990. How disappointing.

OP posts:
notyummy · 26/06/2011 17:44

It is boiling here!! In cool cotton strapey top and denim shorts with flats.

MrsRCB - I too shall be low-carbing this week before a Big Event on Saturday. Have a blow-dry booked too! Was reading an intersting feature in Times yesterday about low carb diet with measured amounts of fat - not quite the Ian Marber one, but close to it I think. May give it a try before the holiday in August. (Especially as I appear to be spending July mainly eating or drinking Blush)

petitdonkey · 26/06/2011 18:31

Have we all checked out the new Tiffany Totes??? Drool...
