Ooh, that's lovely mrsjuan! Definite keeper!

Who else is getting into the flared jeans thing? A pair of JBrand Love Story just accidentally fell into my basket. Just for research purposes you understand!

Hello Ladies,

I've been inspired to de-lurk (and name change) for a few reasons.
Mainly boobs - reading about them and receiving some gorgeous Freya Arabella's in midnight and red (32E/F), I can highly recommend (linkage abilily has disappearedConfused)

Also Vin I've stayed at the same hotel in Paris that you linked to ages ago. Such a great find (by accident) in the middle of a lovely, lively area - the Monmatre one!

Anyway, instead of just reading now, I can writeWink

Just read your post carciofi. Great news on the wallet! I had a chat with the postman yesterday, he said they were still dealing with the backlog.
Great sandals! Just in time for your trip! So the Boden preview stuff is arriving. I didn't order anything, but look forward to reading reviews.

aghhhh - legs need work if they are to be aired without tights! Looking again I think it needs hitching up slightly at the top. It has got an inbuilt bra thing so think it could be relatively easy to alter.

metallic shoes you say pickled? - I shall investigate...

Yes roary - that dress is fantastic Envy

carciofi - hooray that parcel has been delivered - definitely gives you hope for the others.

notyummy · 13/01/2011 14:02

Lovely Mrsj. Agree with no tights and metallic heels. Shred and a touch of tan/leg shimmer and you will be a goddess!

ApuskiDusky · 13/01/2011 14:05

Mrs J, would you add me to your mates list, I'd love to see the HH.

Asos package just arrived, am pleased with this

Hello Morag!

Great re parcel carciofi.

Apologies if there are weird word choices - a few of my laptop keys are damaged from vom episode, so I have to choose words that I have keys for!

mrsj you look gorgeous, and definitely no tights Smile

roary Envy Smile

roma your "pitch" about yourself will be all the better for your knowledge that it's a cringeworthy process. Good luck.

mrsjuan · 13/01/2011 14:13

Thank you for your honesty everything - I will keep my options open but see if better styling and shifting a few pounds of lard from my legs makes a difference.

I read her fearful symmetry during the summer and loved it. I won't give too much away but there is a point near the end where I actually did the whole 'slam the book shut with horror' thing.

carciofi · 13/01/2011 14:14

Hi Morag.

I have just ordered a load of books for the flight.
Labyrinth is one of my favourite books. I didn't think her new book was as good.

Nice necklace, Apuski.

I like flares. I have had these for years and still love them.

MarshaBrady · 13/01/2011 14:23

have sent a couple of ideas. If it is too much let me know by pm.

We might need somewhere less £??

Ltec will welcome your idea, am bushed!

LetThemEatCake · 13/01/2011 14:30

How annoying that both boys fall asleep on bus on way back from natural history museum, so inconvenient, not when there's a chance for a coffee to be enjoyed in silence and peace!!

Doing ok on the early rising, got dinner out tonight with friend but she is total Nanna so will be an early night I'm sure!! Grin.

Will try to scroll back and catch up now

Zembo · 13/01/2011 14:34

MrsJ i'm afraid I agree with everything on the dress. Sorry. You are v pretty and petite and I think that dress is adding some volume (which isn't there) around your middle - particularly in pic no.2.

Zembo · 13/01/2011 14:35

Oh and Carciofi I ordered those glads too - had my dispatch email but not here yet Smile. Hope you're feeling well and enjoying your pregnancy by the way.

LetThemEatCake · 13/01/2011 14:36

Btw wearing zara marantalike today and v.pleased with it.

Also got sent a free parking thing from Westfield, how fortuitous in advance of next tues!

AntPants1 · 13/01/2011 14:46

Ok am taking deep breath and delurking for a moment. I am not really worthy being more potato shaped and def not willowy or glamerous...

Clicked on the thred a couple of days ago as I was frankly intrigued by this group who seem to whizz through threads of a 1000 posts in days.... What are you all taking about I wondered...

OMG you are not going to be good for my bank balance! I am just nearing the end of my mat leave and have not bought clothes or at least nice ones for ages but yo seem to have unleashed something in me. So far in the last couple of days I have bought that coat from pure, that pink crimped scarf...emboldened I have then, off my own back, bought a pair of leopard print shoes from Hobbs, beautiful wool dress and belt from whistles and a shed load of stuff from Boden oh and some shoes from lk Bennett.....

Sorry no links am such an incompetent I do not know how to do them.....

Anyway enough from me. Just wanted to say that I really like your style

X

Romanholiday · 13/01/2011 14:47

MrsJ I don't like the HH much - it bags round your tummy in a weird way. And if it's not perfect at the top then it will be massively annoying to wear.

Romanholiday · 13/01/2011 14:48

Hello Antpants Wow! You've really succumbed to the lure!!!

AntPants1 · 13/01/2011 14:50

Ok has this worked...

MarshaBrady · 13/01/2011 14:50

Ok my choices might be too much... Hold fort, NY and Esher have a good one...

AntPants1 · 13/01/2011 14:53

And I got this belt to go with the dress

www.whistles.co.uk/fcp/categorylist/dept/Accessories?resetFilters=true#ID=id_903000055638

and these were the shoes from Hobbs- much nicer in real life

Hello Ants!

AntPants1 · 13/01/2011 14:55

Oh I meant the crumpett scarf by the way...auto spell is fierce on iPad
.....

ApuskiDusky · 13/01/2011 14:59

Ah, whistles site stops at 'home' site - we usually look for what we've got at the asos site to paste here. (Aargh! Lack of keys is crazy!!).Hope you get my drift!

Romanholiday · 13/01/2011 15:10

Sorry about your job btw Apuski sounds really sh*t actually. I would at least try to negotiate a big pay off in the circs.

Thanks for good wishes abo just thinking what to say.
