Thanks Choo! Am v much looking forward! I wouldn't be surprised if ASOS have stopped doing childrenswear - it was all reduced, and dress only came up in first place due to search for owl.

Romanholiday · 18/01/2011 05:02

Morning cake !

Well marsha we are a fashion crowd!

LetThemEatCake · 18/01/2011 05:20

macmama · 18/01/2011 05:22

Morning all. ANother lark this morning - got to get some work done !

LetThemEatCake · 18/01/2011 05:23

hope everyone had a lovely day yesterday. The King's Speech is a fabulous fabulous film. Lovely Colin Smile Lovely Aussie Geoffrey. Funny old Mike from Neighbours Shock

really looking forward to seeing bunny, carciofi and reine today.

hope this mizzo weather eases up though - my hair!! I don't have time to Babyliss Big this morning (well worth getting Roman - and your beauty routine sounds much like mine btw except mine is castor oil not AC)

bunnymother · 18/01/2011 05:29

Morning! More feeding...

macmama · 18/01/2011 05:39

You are a legend bunny.

bunnymother · 18/01/2011 06:02

Mac - v sweet of you Smile, but just doing what EVERY one on this thread has done, just maybe a little more of it at the same time (hope that even makes sense - am tired).

macmama · 18/01/2011 06:10

I bet you are! (tired I mean!)

Feeding twins is legendary in my book ...

LetThemEatCake · 18/01/2011 06:18

everything could this coat work for you? Funnel neck a problem re scarves?

LetThemEatCake · 18/01/2011 06:20

oooh look I lusted after this ages ago and now it's £20 and in my size!

macmama · 18/01/2011 06:23

Jumpsuit is lovely (provided its long enough for you!) cake.

I like the fact its not too flashy

LetThemEatCake · 18/01/2011 06:29

yes I think those glitzy gold heels would provide all of the necessary flash!

Hope you are having a productive morning. I've done everything on my "must be done today" pile and am about to get a 2nd coffee and start on the ""would be good to get ahead with"" list

macmama · 18/01/2011 06:38

Good on you! This morning thing clearly works for you.

I am doing ok so far - got to send something out for comment before the girls wake so that I can get on with something else when I get into the office. So far not doing too badly despite MN distraction!

I just couldn't cope with another late and unproductive night. Instead spent last night rescuing DD1's slightly damp baby shoes from the cellar and washing/disinfecting to see if they will be ok for DD2!

blossoming · 18/01/2011 07:08

Morning larks. Have a good meet up today girls!

OP posts:
traceybath · 18/01/2011 07:16

Morning - have a lovely meet-up.

DS1 seems a bit perkier today but was up in the night with him and I feel pretty awful.

Esher - gilet arrived and I do like it but just not sure when I'd wear it really so am sending it back.

MarshaBrady · 18/01/2011 07:43

Roma yes! And I could have added former model Grin

Choo I bet, it's a good ruse. Although Shored House was a no go. I would be impressed if some one can get us in there.

Mine were a old-fashioned gentlemen's type above restaurant in Soho and the one where all the Brit artists go (through a friend!). I haven't been to any am curious to know what they are like.

Wonder where we could find the exclusive place possible... A garden party in someone's grounds ...

Actually most bars are dire.. Some reviews made me yelp in the manner of finding an oversize hotdog in the film Cloudy with Chance of Meatballs.

hellsbelles · 18/01/2011 08:19

morning all, I was lucky enough to get to my Grandmother in time and be with her. And I'm knocked out by the level of my grief. So will keep away from here for a little bit - totally the wrong place for it.

See you lovely ladies in a while.

OllieWollieWoo · 18/01/2011 08:29

Mrsjuan - you must try Zumba - its just like Fleecy described - fun and quite hard work (I just stand near the back!). My friend describes it as like a party but without the drink and nibbles!
Fleecy - the 'ride the pony' move is when you bend your knees and lean forward slightly - like you were about to sit down on the chair - arms out the front, legs apart then you, arhem, pretend to gallop/canter on the spot - like a pony whilst wiggling your hips and sticking your bum out! Nice!
RLYL - v sound advice re the ASOS dress thank you. Would even be hard to wear with a coat as it would hitch half the dress up!
Itsnotunusual - meant to say yesterday what a lovely first post. A big welcome from me!
Bloss the Pure coat has been dispatched but am now wondering whether I should have got the grey one....
Tracey - glad DS seems a bit brighter. Hope you can have a quiet day. Dvd and popcorn for the kids whilst Mummy has some quite time on the sofa perhaps?

Torrential rain here today - staying home with DS2. I have to make some musical instruments for a thing we are doing at the Expat Mums group (having a guest speaker on how to use music when playing with your DC). Other than filling loo rolls with rice and covering with paper and stickers, I'm at a bit of a loss! It will all look a bit Blue Peter! Any ideas??

OllieWollieWoo · 18/01/2011 08:31

Hells - am so sorry about your Grandmother.

MarshaBrady · 18/01/2011 08:33

Hells am so sorry.

ApuskiDusky · 18/01/2011 08:44

Hells, I'm so sorry to hear that, thinking of you.

notyummy · 18/01/2011 09:06

Sorry to hear your news Hells. Please look after yourself.

PlumSykes · 18/01/2011 09:07

hells, best love to you and your family.

PlumSykes · 18/01/2011 09:08

OWW, could you make one of these?
