Howdy!!!! Squirrel 3 and I have decided that as we are a bit nutty, we'd like to set up the Nutty Stepmum's Club or NSC. If anyone would like to join us, please add to this post and prove that we are not the only nutters out there!

We would like to add a little bit more nuttyness to our already insane lives!!!!

I saw your other thread but couldnt think of anything as Im crap at starters and usually just do dinner and dessert. Got some lovely homemade mushroom soup in the freezer if youd like me to pass it down the wire

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 11:43

Tarantula, homemade mushroom soup, yes please.

As long as its not this type of mushroom look at Dropinthecouldron's post at 8.02pm yesterday!

Supose it would be a dinner party to remember!

tarantula · 19/10/2005 11:57

PMSL. Ill get dp to nip over to Richmond Park and get some if you like to add to the soup. If you serve that for starters no-one will care waht the rest of the dinner is like at all.

NotActuallyAMum · 19/10/2005 12:36

Tarantula, there'll be another space hopper race very soon if anyone wants to join us got to wait till mine and my sisters legs have stopped aching tho, lol. Seriously, it really was such a good laugh - I haven't laughed so much in ages, we can't wait to do it again it's worth the aching legs (and boobs...)

FANC I don't drink wine either - got absolutely plastered on it when I was 15 and I've never touched it since

I'm getting hungry cos I've been reading Squirrel's starter thread....

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 12:59

Been reading the 'mills and boon' thread (in chat),

Hillariously naughty!!!

FruitAndNutcase · 19/10/2005 13:33

NAAM - I was soooooooooooooo ill when I was about 18 on red wine and still cant stand the smell of it now. At the Golden Jubilee (2000 I think) I went to a street party in Surrey and had lots of free Jacobs Creek white wine that was being given away (on an empty stomach) and I was so very very ill that I had to get chauffered back to my "then" boyfriend's house as I was out of it and ended up throwing up all over his dad's bathroom floor.............. nice never again! lol

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 13:38

Here you are NAAM and FANC.

Tarantula do you fancy another?

tarantula · 19/10/2005 13:42

Oh yes please. Actually have got a fab bottle of British wine at home atm just waiting for me to drink it. Really yummy it is too.

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 14:01

Fancy some nibbles to go with that wine Tarantula?

tarantula · 19/10/2005 14:03

mmmmm is that what you are offering your guests as nibbles then?

Ill ahve some shortbread please. mmmmmmmm

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 14:13

No, I think I've decided on 'special' mushroom soup (no dinner or dessert), then after the soup has taken effect we can get out the space-hoppers and bounce to Mars!!!!!!

I'll probably land right next to the second crator on the right

Here , have some shortbread.

FruitAndNutcase · 19/10/2005 14:20

PMSL @ Squirrel, where do you get all your pictures from? You must spend all day surfing the net and downloading them

tarantula · 19/10/2005 14:23

brillaint idea. After the space hopper race can I suggest a supermarket trolley race. Girls in thetrolleys and boys pushing then a trip to the nearest set of traffic lights so you can watch them changing for an hour or so. (or so Ice been told anyway [innocent face])

FruitAndNutcase · 19/10/2005 14:25

Lol @ Tarantula, has anyone ever seen the Jackass movie??? They had a gigantic shopping trolley that they all stood in and rolled down a hill whilst being pelted with flour and stones!!! Lol

FruitAndNutcase · 19/10/2005 14:26

Ermmm not that Im thinking that would be a good idea for us, maybe the BM's though? Wot dya think? lol

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 14:38

Oh yes Tarantula a supermarket trolley race , we could all walk to the local ASDA, nick a few trollys and race away!

I'm sure we can find a few traffic lights, these might keep us amused for a while.

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 14:41

BTW FANC, the pic of the blonde in the trolley is from my own personal photo album, you didn't know I looked like that did you?

Lol Squirrel you stunner, although you do bare a striking a resemblance to a young Jerry Hall!!! Nice hot bath with bubbles, so that would be soooooo nice if only I had a bathroom at the moment currently having bathroom done and have to go to the gym every night to shower as not blessed with an en suite in our house!!!

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 15:44

oh poop!! I was feeling a lot better today and no step kids tonight so I thought that dp and I could...well, you know share a bottle of wine and...

Well, while I was in the bath dp phoned and BM has insisted that we have the S.kids tonight anyway, so he is going to ask DS if he can borrow his car! Now where is that satellite?

Squirrel3 · 19/10/2005 15:45

You go to the gym every night!

You must be fit!!!!!

FruitAndNutcase · 19/10/2005 15:58

Lol @ Squirrel, I am going every night at the mo cos we have no bathroom, but normally go 4 times a week, but dont do all gym work, one night a week is body combat, and next Monday we are trying our hands at fencing!

tarantula · 19/10/2005 16:00

ooooo bady combat Were you on that prog on Sky last night

NotActuallyAMum · 19/10/2005 16:06

Haven't been to the gym for years....Don't need to now I've got the space hoppers my legs are still aching tho!
