Not watched any yet, Union fan here

Certainly better than being a London Broncos fan right now.

Wigan fan here, and looking forward to seeing Superleague on the BBC, with the wider audience (hopefully!) that that implies. We have a great product, that the wider public largely just don't see.

Heh, that's always a risk! It's a great sport, and much more exciting to watch than rugby union IMO. And the laws are simpler to understand and logical.

I prefer it! Excitement requires caring about the result too I think, more than the sport itself perhaps? I dunno!

I’m a saints fan so very happy with last nights performance. Our record against London isn’t great so I wasn’t sure what to expect!

Clark looks like he is going to fit right in which is good given the size of the shoes he has to fill

Union here , and missing Six Nations this weekend

Not the ideal showcase in lousy conditions (and conditions are never good at the Jungle), but no tries conceded and some decent scores in the second half. I'm more worried about the injuries with Penrith coming up next weekend.

Missed tonight’s action but the Hull derby last night was a great opener to the season. It was a shame Hull FC’s discipline let them down. Great atmosphere though

Hull derby was on in the pub, so I wasn't giving it my full attention, but KR looked much the better side to me, and FC looked, as they so often do, quite a bit less than the sum of their parts.

I feel like some of the contact rules have gone over board so far this season, it’s rugby after all!
And what’s the the multiple screens for the video ref, soooo annoying!
Leeds looked very average last night despite all the new signings. One man rugby most of the night.

The multiple screens are annoying, and just reminded me how much better the Aussies do it. But, more money in the sport there.

I've just remembered that I have the NRL pre-season games on my feed, so I'm watching the Sharks and the Knights play now, in glorious sunshine. I see the full game is also available on YouTube.

new rules are always strictly enforced at the start of the season but it will be interesting to see what happens at the disciplinary panel. The like of Pele deserve long bans but others will be more interesting to see if any further action.

Yes I was saying to my friend, it's always the case at the start of the season, give it 3/4 week and the cards will slow down. Pele deserves a long ban as does Parcell but I don't think the Watts one was that bad.

Will be interesting to see what they do with Harry Smith with the WCC been next week!

It’s going to be interesting. I was saying to DH last night, that it could make grounds for appeals for players who recieved reds v those who didn’t for the same offence, as we saw last year.
That Pele red was awful, it got worse on every viewing.

If I was a Wire fan, I don't think I'd be overjoyed that Sam Burgess is already talking about going back to Oz, before he's even started! Knowing the RFL, Harry Smith will get a ban, which should scupper our WCC changes nicely. 🙄His own stupid fault, though.
