Is anyone enjoying the start of the new season?

It could hae been quite a week for Salford.

I missed last nights game, all I've seen all over social media though is how Salford threw it away.

Looking forward to Leeds v Saints tonight!

Yes they were doing so well! Sneyd had a great match until the last 10 minutes!

Only saw the second half in the pub (an improvement on the first half, from what I gathered from the radio commentary). Not a great game, but its 2 more points and 100% record. Salford are a decent side, and I'd tip them to finish higher than some of the other more trumpeted teams.

Leeds suddenly looking good! If they can keep it up.

I’m gutted with that result after the way we played in the first half.
but, a game is 80 minutes, not 40.

For anyone who's interested; I'm watching Penrith/Parramatta right now on watchNRL, and it's a belting contest of the highest quality so far. But it seems this season, the NRL put the full games on YouTube a few days later, so this match will be there to view. And there's earlier matches on there now; plenty of other excellent games.

Good game to watch last night as a neutral. Leeds played with some style in the first half.

Give it a shot sometime. You can watch the best rugby players on the planet play, usually on good tracks in sunshine!

@duc748, I saw a Melbourne Brisbane match many years ago. Actually had full access and the press conferences with and Wayne Bennett and Craig Bellamy. It was brill.

Poor London

London are showing why they simply aren’t super league material. Warrington didn’t even need to get out of third gear there.

kudos to their fans who go to watch every week knowing that will be the likely outcome.

So the Good Friday derby approaches! I had considerable problems getting a ticket at all, but that's mostly down to new ticketing system woes. My normal plan is to go on my bike, but the forecast is poor. I had no Plan B, but just looked up the trains, I can get a train there and back I reckon. But if it's fine when I leave, I'll probably take the bike. Don't mind getting wet going home, but it's no fun watching a game soaked to the skin. If any other posters are going and see my bike, do say hi. It's red.
