What the hell is this?

Right this monster is on my back, I'm thinking its a massive blackhead?
It's got a hole in the middle and dp has given it a good squeeze (which is why it's red) after a soak in the bath but nothing.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?
Preferably tonight

How can anyone let it build up like that? I used to sit behind a man at church who had blackheads like that in the creases of his neck. It used to completely distract me, and make my fingers itch. What was his wife thinking?! Some wife work should not be refused!

just been on bit of a tense thread on a.i.b.u ... was about to give up on mumsnet as don't like the bad vibes, but found this before a logged off and all is forgiven A right TREAT! I too often pondered was I the only one as others have expressed repulsion over blackheads but different family members have especially come to me to get theirs out.

Why do we like it do much? Will be on mumsnet much more to indulge.

P.s hope it comes out without breakage- so you can see it's true length -so much more satisfying;)

My mum had one of these on the top of her arm couple of years ago. I tried everything including my blackheads extractor and eventually got it using a milia (lance) extractor. It was ridiculous what came out it hit my sister in the face it came out with such force and she was in tears and I was pissing myself laughing and this thing was still curling out gunk.

Anyway literally month or so later it was back. Same process without the hitting in the face. Then a month later the same. She ended up having to go to hospital to get it cut out permanently and now has a beauty of a hole/scar on her arm.

Just stop poking about with it now and get to docs about it. I'll get a pic of my mum's arm tomorrow if I can.
