What the hell is this?

Right this monster is on my back, I'm thinking its a massive blackhead?
It's got a hole in the middle and dp has given it a good squeeze (which is why it's red) after a soak in the bath but nothing.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?

I'm not so sure these can be drawn? I think there's a crusty lid on them like, possibly with soft stuff underneath but the whole thing could be solid. It needs to be picked out. I think the aforementioned business idea has merit and value, btw. Dragon's Den?

My dh has a few of those on his back and he doesn't let me touch any of his amazing black heads and spots.

I hate him. I literally itch whenever I see them. I know damn well I could get them out so good. It would be epic.

Holy fuck that video surely they'd be left with a gap in hole that will just refill with whatever the hell all that crap was?? I have a blackhead that is right on the crease of my nostril that I empty every now and again (lovely) though it's small fry compared to that beauty. When I do that I think it looks worse as it's just a hole! No idea if reducing or banishing it forever is possible.
