What the hell is this?

Right this monster is on my back, I'm thinking its a massive blackhead?
It's got a hole in the middle and dp has given it a good squeeze (which is why it's red) after a soak in the bath but nothing.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?

So how do you go about getting a job as a professional spot picker? Are they practice nurses? Do you think I could specialise in just spots and stuff because I don't think I could do the other bits involved in being a nurse.
