Quiche with salad and minty new potatoes is always a bit hit in our family! As you can have it all cold, it’s a great meal for hot days.

Chorizo chicken thigh tray bake with smoked paprika, garlic, olives, sun dried tomatoes and peppers, served with a salad, and crusty bread to soak up the leftover sauce. Quick, easy and tasty.

Chicken roasted with lemon, garlic and thyme with roast potatoes or rice with onion, carrot, white wine and a few sprigs of Rosemary.
