Was on hold about 25 minutes and I was told that COC they’re making decisions on claims from October currently and for the NC all she said was id have to wait another 13 weeks as it son the 12th week so in total will take 25 weeks

i’m seeing a lot of coc’s for early november at the moment, i think between 5th and 11th but saw one yesterday from 20th of November x

someone was awarded today SD 24/2 loads last week with SD in Feb so there lieing don’t think we can trust what they say
i rang this morning for first time all she said was my claims still open is open so I said well what does claim open mean she said a decision hasn’t been made
does that mean someone’s looking at it? I dunno

I just spoke to someone as I'm getting really worried that I haven't sent enough evidence, and all they could say was the claim has been with a dm since last Friday.

I called today she said my claims still open I don’t have a clue what that means

Thought my scan date was 06/02 but it was 04/02 - still not heard anything! Debating whether to ring or not as it seems everyone's getting told 25 weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️!

@Kirstylou91 what is your scan date? Mine is 23/1. I keep seeing all dates after mine done. They said that to me on Monday that the claim in open basically means it's with a dm apparently

Hi all.. been watching for a while first time posting.. NC scan date 03/02 I’ve just phoned for the first time for an update and to see if I could add more information.
I spoke with a lovely lady. She asked me the what the added info was over the phone and added it to the system. She said that son’s claim wasn’t with a dm yet but the info would be added for when this is picked up. She told me that even tho the info I had given over the phone was added by her to send a written copy just so it was signed by myself.
she also said that NC are being advised 25weeks however they are currently taking around 18weeks so shouldn’t be much longer.

I know everyone is being told different things which is very frustrating but wondering if anyone had been given any of the same info as myself today.. x

my SD is 17/2 , Iknow they should do them in order , someone was awarded this morning SD 24/2 last week loads of middle febs being awarded.

however I’m still racking my brain as have no clue what claim is open means I’m guessing it’s open and someones looking at it maybe x

Ring for an update ur entitled to if they ask y ur ringing say there’s people Iknow with scan dates mid Feb been awarded

i was put off phoning with the amount of people saying how rude they are. 🙈

They r quite rude think there higher than everyone else

Glad you had a lovely time! It's so hard to just forget isnt it. I haven't rang back since Monday they told me to wait max 2 weeks but even then I still don't think I'll be any further then what I am now. I just don't see why they say it's in date order but then they really aren't. Have you rang or heard anything since you've got back? Xx

head so if anyone can give me abit of clarity I’d be grateful, I rang for the first time this morning to
see the progress of my sons claim she stated the claim is open , so I asked what that meant she said a decision hasn’t not been made yet. I’m thinking the claim is open so does this mean it’s being looked at by a decision maker, she never said it’s in a que or anything like that just claim is open , it’s so frustrating not knowing

I called this morning about a NC as I sent forms mid March and I’ve not had a SD text or letter. I just wanted to make sure they’d been received

I was told they have them, they’re waiting to be processed and to wait 25 weeks. As they’ve managed to locate them, can I assume this means they’ve been scanned?

I’m okay to wait, just didn’t want to get to the 25 weeks and the forms had gone missing in the post

I was told it was with a DM last month. Called today and told still in a queue for the DM to pick up and decision likely to be made by 06/06

i rang on monday when i was 24 weeks+ 3 days, not been assigned to a decision maker, i’ve made a goal not to ring back until after june 1st (and to not check my bank at midnight everynight with hopes i’ll see a backpayment)🤣x
