Ah I hope u get a decision soon, it’s so frustrating waiting for them 😢 time always varies so much here my other sons MR took less than 2 weeks but was 28 weeks for NC. Though it was a few years ago.

Hopefully be our date soon! Are these people on Facebook getting money in the bank or texts/ringing to find out? Trying to work out when they would have been awarded lol

Exactly I don’t mind the wait but why are people with scan dates 6-7 weeks after mine getting awarded xx

I'm 13/2 as well, was hoping to hear soon, you sort of think surely it can't be much longer now with all the late feb dates..... its the not knowing that drives me mad, I'd rather know either way

Hi yeah the decision maker will now work out what they owe u from the date u got awarded and send u a letter on ur journal of what is owed and day it will go in bank. I only know this as i went through this with UC with my other child 2 years ago but hers took abour 6weeks. Im currently now going through it with my 2nd child. I havnt got as far as it going to the decision maker yet but after me calling today to chase she said someone will update me before 6pm tmro xx

I will do, I called yesterday and cheekily said my letter said 15 weeks (which they do) but I havant heard anything yet, they explained could be upto 25 weeks but she did say hopefully you'll hear several weeks before that which I'm taking as the claim should be near the front of the queue x

I wasn't expecting to hear for another 3/4 weeks as my friend got a big fat no last week and she applied a month earlier.
today I received a back payment out of the blue- no letter, no text and I haven’t called once to chase etc.

That’s why I think we don’t get ours done because we keep calling they must put it on the system every time we call

really worried about my MR being declined does anyone know how long tribunals are taking just so I can prepare myself for the worse 😬 x

Surely that wouldn’t affect how long it takes

i had a tribunal hearing in February this year, appealed last June, so around 8 months!
Not sure if it’s still the same waiting times now!

Mines 20/11, called today and apparently still on 15/11! The wait is killing me!
