Hi guys, just called and got through within 3 mins- spoke to a very nice lady who said decision has just been made today but she couldn’t tell me so I said can you put me through to someone who can and I then spoke to someone else and he said my son has been awarded lrm and mrc and money would be in my bank within 3-5 days. I’m over the moon and glad I called as didn’t receive a txt msg. Good luck everyone with your claims, it really is luck of the draw who you speak to. Xx

What’s your SD is it a new claim.?

Yeah nc sd 31/01 - called on Tuesday and they said it was an open claim and wait until end of July

I’ve just sent a couple more pieces of extra evidence- so I’m going to wait until next Thursday 16 weeks and then call to see if they got them. It’s driving me mental all I keep doing is checking on forums it’s stuck in my mind now, I was ok until this week xx

Does anyone know what the cut off time is to phone I know it closes 6pm but it doesn’t let you phone after a certain time ? If I don’t hear tomorrow I’m going to try phoning before closing xx

@Kelz23 yhh called bk . They still haven’t received it . Told me try tomorrow afternoon . But also said can take up to 6 weeks to scan on to system.

@Kelz23 I agree with u, 2bh I never knew about this form or any forums for DLA I wish I hadn’t signed up to it kus then I would of still believed 25 weeks it’s drives u nuts

I really think this week they are meant to be working on dates between 31st jan -7th feb has loads been done between these dates. Some earlier jan are coming through late maybe the decision maker been off, or just slow. The ones that been awarded been lucky and not been put in order properly. Next week I think they start 8-14th and so on. Obviously it all depends whose desk you land on.

Yeahh don’t think they work with a plan they do any I just can’t believe a few SD of 24/2 have been awarded , our time will come hopefully sooner rather than later

Anyone from Northern Ireland? I know wait times are a little different. MR scan date 29/1 letter said 15 weeks, it’s been with decision maker from 20/5 but they are telling me it could be another 11weeks 🫠

Ahh thank yous, most likely noone from here. we don’t seem to get a text from them at all so there’s no update unless we call. I feel like I’m checking constantly. It only took 6weeks for decision on the new claim, and I’m panicking incase they stop it, I feel like I shouldn’t have put in for MR and just been happy with the MRC as I don’t have much to evidence the night time care 🥴

Keep on at them no way is it taking 6 weeks
