My renewal date is 09.06 had last payment yesterday and it was the normal amount?

I’m 22/01 and still nothing every time I see Feb dates I feel so deflated.

My sons claim is due to run out on sat an last week he got his normal amount, I still don’t have a decision for his renewal as of yet 😭🙈 i have sent so much in, we only had adhd at the time we first done this , this time round we have asd assessment, blue badge, detailed speech and language report, detailed iep - just going through the motions of EHCP. We have been referred to Tourette’s clinic and also upped medication. I’m hoping that’s enough

My daughter was awarded today for a new claim. Her scan date was 16th December.

Anyone else waiting from last year
for new claim?

Wow that was a really long wait for NC

It’s horrible isn’t it. When I call up they tell me different things so I’m not even sure if mine is with a decision maker yet or not. Hope you hear soon!

NC SD 06/02 - still waiting, I haven’t called at all to chase up, just thought I’d let them get on with it. Feel deflated that so many scan dates after mine are getting awarded.

That’s makes me feel a bit better knowing your been waiting for so long I keep seeing all these feb dates getting awarded

25+2 days MR, spoke to someone on the disputes line there only on dates 15/11 and said I probably have another 3-4 weeks wait. Absolute joke. Worse thing is if the MR gets declined I then have to wait another half a year for tribunal!

Same SD as me someone was award today with 06/02

Honestly it’s starting to annoy me so much because They obviously ain’t done in order at all

She (my daughter) thought it would've been a quicker/more straightforward claim as her daughter has a diagnosed lifelong and life limiting condition - but there was tons of evidence to trawl through.

Hopefully we hear something soon then.

Hey guys, silent reader but I just have a few questions, I was awarded on Monday found out yesterday I want to do a MR but waiting for the letter first, how do I go about doing an MR do I have to fill in a new form?

second question if I do the MR and it’s successful and they change the rate my son was awarded do UC and DLA backpay the higher rate to when they made the decision on Monday?

Heya I done my MR over the phone with them and just verbally out across my “evidence” I feel they don’t read some of the sections properly. But you can also send paper evidence.
yes if you are the awarded higher you are back dated to your original scan date on both.

A decision was made yesterday but they won't tell me over the phone. Is that usual for an MR or is that a sign I've been declined again?

does this also apply to UC as he was on higher now they’ve dropped him to middle so the UC element goes down to around £158 instead of £490 ish will they also backdate the difference if the MR is successful? Thanks.

I know! I just rang dead on 9am they put me through to disputes and I was told my date is the 15/11 even though I didn’t send it till December. My SD was 03/12 for MR Confused. It’s in a queue to be looked at and it shouldn’t be much longer. She was sweet but I don’t think she gave the right information. I’m not gna call unless it exceeds over 27 weeks!
