Still hasn't been looked at told to ring back next Friday which will make it 26 weeks from SD but 28 weeks since they received the forms. Mines coc xx

Yes definitely! 😂 They 100% didn’t read through my renewal properly, and I didn’t realise there was so many people having the same issues so, yeah they 100% need to be more thorough, it’s just wasting their own time!

26 weeks today MR
read me the script and said can take up to 25 weeks I said it actually takes more then that as I am 26 weeks out me through to CM who said they are working on the 30th October and would be another 2 weeks at least

I asked to speak to a manager to complain and she rang me back n put it with dm probably hasn't n probably won't make any difference z

Renewal.. sd 6th January, finished on the 10th may .. and has been renewed at hrc lrm of another 2 years

Seems like people are being awarded all over the place! I wonder how long we’ll be waiting to hear 😬🫣 xx

Someone else said they received 5000 claims in one day in December, they’re definitely all over the place but guess it depends whose desk it lands on. Manifesting for a decision at some point in may🤞xx

I'm 08/01 SD NC haven't herd a thing

I’ve been a silent lurker for a while. I finally managed to get through to them today after a week of trying.
Sent forms out at the end of Feb
NC SD 03/03
spoke to a lovely gentleman on the phone today who told me my scan date as I’ve had no letters or texts from them. He did say it’s 25 weeks wait however he also did say that there’s claims being awarded with Jan scan dates as we speak so it’s really all over the place. Told me I should have a decision by the end of August the latest but it could be quicker as claims are taking anything from 14 to 25 weeks to be looked at. He also did confirm that NC are getting looked at quicker than anything else as they want to get through the backlog as quickly as they can. I’m gonna call again at the end of June for another update.

The dates are definitely all over the place.
NC 3/2 (a friend) decision was made yesterday.
but I just rang today NC 20/1 and it’s not even with a decision maker..
so who knows.

Same I rang because my friend who put her forms in on 20feb SD 6/3 got a decision and I said that to them and they said I don’t know how as we aren’t even on January yet at the time I rang he said there on dec

They said the same to me it’s done in order but having seen proof it’s obviously not..

Yes they passed it to a dm marked as urgent so they said. X

Hi. I submitted a NC on 06/03/25 for DS but I need to send additional evidence from his latest appointments. I originally sent the form to the freepost address so couldn’t send recorded delivery but I want to send it recorded this time! Can I confirm this is the correct address to send it to?

I know I'm fuming. Another week and I bet they will say it's a 30 week wait instead be my luck 🤣

I have been reading for a while.
NC SD 03/01/2025.
I called today just to check the extra evidence I had sent in had been received, I was informed it was now with a DM. Just wondering how long it will be now? If anyone has any ideas. I just want to know if it is Yes/No.🙏 The wait times are just too long.

Are they paying from scan date or date form sent
used to be date form sent

depends on the claim i think, NC they pay from the date you ring for forms but coc’s they said they pay from scan date x
