i rang up Monday to ask for an update, a lady told me it’s now in a holding Que to be allocated to descion maker… weather or not thats true I don’t know!!… don’t know how long it will be in holding Que!??!!

We all know the decisions and wait times are all over the place, some decision makers are quicker than others but is there any actual structure. I know NC are prioritised and COC seem to just be left in a pile but MR'S, are those with a complete decline any quicker than those that are already in receipt but looking to change the rates?
I've seen a few people awarded recently and it looks like it is the case but I think I'm just going crazy with the wait.

NC scan date 3/02

New to all this hoping someone can help..
I posted my forms and tracking showed they were received on 26th Feb. I never got a letter or a text so I called a couple of weeks ago and they said they had the forms.

They phoned me yesterday to confirm security details and then said they could now register the forms. Does this mean my scan date is going to be 8 weeks after they received them?

@Poobs2022 when you call do you go with option 4 on the last bit. As I always found them helpful
my coc was 31/10 and when I pressed option 4 they marked it at urgent last Tuesday and made decision the next day

so that would’ve made it 24wks 6 days

Yes I went through option 4 and he was just unbelievably unhelpful. I'm going to call again this week because I don't understand how he could say to call back at 30 weeks. It's ridiculous.

Still here - probably a while to go but keeping an eye on where they're upto.

No I just rang again and the lady I spoke to said they are working on 28th October date
that is all she said nothing else and I couldn’t be bothered to ask a question and be told a shit story

I can put money on it if I ring later it's not with a dm the lady was nice but they all talk crap x

june last year I think
by sound of what I can get out of it they do it in week order so they are on the week starting 28th October
As the date was very specific I can’t see all this week would only be for people with date 28th oct
and I’m guessing COC and MR are done at same time but I may not be right

I ve just rang and been put threw to case manager there working on 28th October n mines not with a dm so yeah there taking piss n staff Di nothing but lie I'm not even ringing anymore at this point cos it's just pissing me of x

I don’t know the answer and hopefully someone will, but just wanted to say I am in a similar situation. I posted the form on 6th March for a NC and heard nothing. So I phoned them and they said it had been received on 17th March and the wait is 25 weeks from this date. However she did mention I may hear something when the form is “registered” and I too am confused about whether it’s even been scanned in yet! Or if 17th March is my scan date. Very confusing.

Just a query about back payments for those who have received them. Do they go in on a particular day or is it dependent on when the decision is made?
